Local ingredients, new coffee shop, homemade oat and cashew milk and more. The store has only been open a month and it is a clean, friendly place to grab a cup of coffee and hang out with friends.

Yeah...I ordered their special caffe Miele, with almond milk hot. It wasn't the best. The almond milk was scalding which doesn't make it froth well and the cinnamon was just dosed on the top not allowing the spices to integrate smoothly with the espresso so the flavors are lost. For an $8 hot beverage I do expect more attention to detail. I agree with a past reviewer that said the baristas my want to access a video on how to make a good latte or mocha, etc...on YouTube. Also, serving Costco muffins? Hmmm...🤔

Otherwise service was great and the potential of the space could be really fabulous...😌

Thoroughly enjoyed the Miele Iced Coffee special two days this week. Coffee was excellent quality and alternative milk options are great. Barista was very friendly and service was wonderful. Highly recommended visiting for coffee and delicious pastries. It was not overly crowded and clearly a hidden gem.

Barista was very nice, but didn’t seem to know enough about making espresso drinks. We asked for a macchiato or cortado and she didn’t know what those were so we told her it was two shots espresso with equal parts milk. We didn’t say to heat the milk, but that seemed obvious. She proceeded to put cold milk into the espresso shots 🤷‍♀️☹️ the latte I ordered also didn’t have any froth, she basically seemed to use the frother as a way to just heat the milk. I think the shop would benefit from taking some time to at least watch some YouTube videos about the common coffee drinks and techniques.

Really bummed I was very excited to get a coffee and work on some computer stuff here but was not allowed to be in there with my service dog. Was told that because I am able to be handed coffee outside we are not allowed inside. My dog is fully trained in public access and tasks to assist with my Disability and this is the only place in Hilo we have ever been booted from. Not disable friendly 💔

The iced cafe Miele is incredible and the barista was super friendly! Such a great find.

Excellent cup of coffee. We stopped 3 times during our week stay. Also next door is a phenomenal little bakery. Friendly staff.
