The food is amazing, have had a tough time with service, getting refills on drinks or a sauce I requested. To go orders are the way to go here cause the food is great!

Never have I been so disappointed in this place. After sitting down, it took 45 mins just to get a drink order, another 20 to get the drinks. About 20 mins after that we finally placed our order. Soups or salads were never brought out even after asking our preference TWICE. Only the sushi came out, never the bento box or our dumpling appetizer and one of the sushi rolls was wrong. Will NOT be going back anytime soon.

This is my first ever Google review, but I feel like it is needed. First thing I noticed, is the breathtaking smell of moth balls when you walked in the door. It was so strong, it almost made me sick, and the only reason we stayed is because my kids were starving. Second thing we noticed, is the place needs a good cleaning. The ceiling fans had dust hanging off the blades, it was hard not to cringe. The service was extremely slow, being there was only maybe 10 other people in the restaurant, and plenty of staff. Once we finally started getting our food, it was great..all except our extremely overcooked duck that the kitchen staff said " is how it's cooked." I'm sorry, duck is not supposed to be cooked to the point of eating leather. I hope this provides insight to a few changes the restaurant needs to make to keep customers coming, as we are here often for work.

I love fancy q's and Kobe... But this was the best sushi I've had in Waycross.... Absolutely delicious!!!

Food was great. Service however was not. The manager picked up the bill along with my credit card and "misplaced" my card which after a few minutes of searching she found on the counter near the register. Manager was very rude to me even though she or her employees "lost" my credit card briefly. We waited patiently for service thru the whole meal, were not rude to any of the employees and were told by the manager to leave and not come back. She was rude and embarrassed that she screwed up. I would like the owner to contact me.

Can't be the same owners. I've eaten here since they first came to town and the quality of food and customer service has gone down a lot. It took over 40 minutes to get my food when it was no one in the restaurant and they just had opened when I placed my order for pick-up. Having to wait an additional 15 minutes, they then tell me they were out of the mango sticky rice. Get my food and it was cold. Smh..really use to like this place.

Response to owner: If it was immediately bagged with my office less than 5 minutes away, it shouldn't have been cold.

Used to be a great place - but now - every since they closed for summer remodel - you don't know if they are going to be open or not. Very hard to plan anything dinner out if this restaurant is in your plan. We are very disappointed again!
