Usually love this place. Today's visit was lacking. Firstly, I tried to order one of the fall flavors and was told they weren't making anymore today. It wasn't even lunch time yet. Secondly, the two frozen caramel dulces were more like a soupy milkshake instead of their normal consistency. Other than that, it would have gotten a 5 star rating.

Nice holiday flavors, very friendly staff. Sometimes the drinks arent has hot as I like. Impossible to contact company on any level with phone number not working and does not respond to FB messages.

excellent food excellent service no complaints tried the croissant wit cheese eggs and sauce with the pimento and cheese sauce it was very delicious with that Combination.

One of the best dirty chai lattes I have ever had! Extremely quick service. Also offer pup cups (whip cream) for your dogs. Highly recommend!

We always get coffee here when we're in Tifton. The staff here is always cheerful and helpful and the coffee is AMAZING! If you are a Starbucks junkie, then you must try Red Owl. You'll never want Starbucks ever again. Red Owl is waaaaaay better!

Passing through Tifton and wanted some good coffee. The staff was quite nice. The latte was fine. Somehow they were able to ruin my bagel. The first was freezing cold. They replaced it w a slightly heated one that had horrible 'butter". Inedible .. threw both away.

I don’t drink coffee, my wife does. All I know is that it must be good because she used to frequent Starbucks and Espresso 41 but she will literally drive past those places and go clear across town for this coffee. The only thing I dislike, as a coffee picker upper, is anytime before 8 am, be prepared to wait in line for some time.

Fast friendly service even though the drive-thru! Coffee is great hot or cold and the prices were fantastic!

*UPDATED* I had the worse experience today with the employee working the drive-through. She literally laughed in my face after I told her my first drink.
