The Sentient Bean

A busy neighborhood coffee shop. I tried their cappuccino. The service was friendly and prompt; the coffee was very pleasant. Hope to try their food items next time. The pastries looks just okay, I didn't go for any.

Great coffee stop without any wait. It wont take long before this quaint little coffee shop has long lines out the door. Coffees great and they have some small food bites as well. Neat place.

I'm vegan, so you can imagine my enthusiasm for eating in places like this. I ordered the vegan super bowl which base is quinoa. It left a lot to be desired ... come on, you can't call that a super bowl. Supposedly it included tempeh, I never had the pleasure to see or taste it -and when I complained about it they pulled my leg. My partner asked for a sandwich, as you can see, it was pure bread and zero filling. Worse still, the bread was dry.

Each time I pass through savannah the sentient has always been a standard stop. Typically it hits all the marks; Warm service, an emphasis on quality vegan food, and a fantastic roast. Today it felt like it had lost all of its charm. My burrito had one piece of vegan sausage, the coffee tasted watered down, a $1.50 charge for oat milk, a run down bathroom, and the service felt off. What happened? I’m hoping the next time I drop by it will be better.

Very cute and right across from Forsyth Park! Not too many options for non vegans, but the egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches are really really good! I got it on a tomato and basil bagel...💥💥💥

We had the breakfast burrito and breakfast tacos. They were good, but could've used a little bit of heat. Overall, good experience and great service

We came here as a group and were served rather quickly. The whole place had positive vibes and very little confusion. I ordered the Breakfast burrito and it quickly became a member of the clean plate club. Solid experience, and great food!

Beside the brighter day health food shop, Deb & I lunched and had the power bowl and the Greek piaini, beautiful food, did not try their espresso coffee but it may well be good also

The coffee was good and the espresso coffee cake tasted fresh. Even though they were extremely busy the service was quick for a line out the door. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and tables were clean.
