Very nice coffee little shop with great service.

Walked in and were not acknowledged.
I asked one of the employees if they had indoor dining and she shook her head rather than answering my question. Did not feel welcomed so we ate elsewhere. Management should make sure their staff can effectively communicate with patrons before they hire them.

Love love love coming to Franklins - especially for the iced hazelnut latte . Jordan is always especially kind & upbeat which further adds to the positivity I feel when visiting on my workday lunch breaks .

The food is delicious and the staff are always wonderful! This is one of my favorite quick-bite spots. My days are never complete without their coffee.

Customer service is fabulous!! Haven’t received my order yet, but couldn’t help posting about how welcoming they are. As a single diner I feel very comfortable.

My husband and I both really enjoyed the food we got. Oddly enough my cappuccino tasted good while his tasted watered down, almost tea-like.

I ordered an espresso and it was 👎🏻, I can’t drink it and I think they could have friendly people at the cash register. The place is very beautiful and the concept is very good.

Visited while on an anniversary vacation. Fantastic coffee cake and great cappuccino! Highly recommended!!
