What an awesome find! We were planning on getting breakfast somewhere else, but alas ... closed on Wednesdays. So we ended up at Franklin's and WOW! The best BLT I've ever had and Lori got the Croque Monsieur. She said flavorful, not too heavy, sauce was amazing. And we had a great view of a giant Live Oak tree on Liberty Street. We will be back next time we're in Savannah. #foodie #nomnom #breakfast #savannah

Love love love the coffee at Franklin’s! I get an iced vanilla latte with oatmilk and it’s always made just right. The staff is also very welcoming!

Just such a great place to get a drink and food!
The lavender Lattes are why we drive here from Charleston on Sundays, my daughter and I!
Their matcha latte was the best I've had in Savannah, and we have tried all the coffee shops in town now.

Omg the matcha latte and avocado toast were amazing. The staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating to my allergies. Love the vibes and ambiance. 10/10.

This review is in the context of viewing the cafe as a place for remote working, if it was for casual hanging out I would say it’s a nice atmosphere but pretty packed. If the weather is nice it has a nice vibe to sit outside and talk as well.
Pros:
- beautiful interior
- great drinks
- friendly service
- multiple sockets with bar sitting that faces outside, nice lighting for any zoom calls
- closes later than most cafes
Cons:
- small space and lots of people makes it pretty loud especially with the coffee grinder
- little seating available

I am a downtown Savannah native and have ordered from here a few times. I’ve always thought this place was overhyped, but today was the worst it’s ever been, by far. We just ordered two avocado toasts with egg added. First, the avocado was in guacamole form - a spread, rather than avocado slices. It was also mostly brown. Second, the egg that came was not scrambled, as indicated. Third, half of the arugula was wilted. Fourth, the bread is disgusting - super greasy, to the point where even our dog wouldn’t eat it. Finally, the presentation was horrendous - given that this restaurant charged us almost $40 for two of these and a matcha latte, this was truly awful. My matcha latte was also only 3/4 full, meaning I could’ve saved some dollars by ordering the smaller size. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks or go to B. Matthews for brunch.

First time here with my sister having an almond cappuccino and my sister had a lavender latte and a brownie and oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Came in to warm up and the staff is very helpful in describing all of their different drinks.

Appreciate Franklins late coffee shop hours. This is a very hard thing to find in any city. Vibrant location with window bar seats and outside sidewalk seating. Always extremely kind and welcoming. Walkable area. Parking can be a struggle but the walk from your car is always enjoyable being in lively area of town.

Art deco cafe with lots of seating. No waiter service but a fairly extensive To Go brunch menu. The name is a nod to FDR's rationing of coffee during wartime.

Cute place stop into when you need a sweet treat or quick pick me up! Pastries are good. They have a little place to sit and even do some work on your laptop.
