Loved this coffee shop while visiting from NJ. I had the croissant egg sandwich and lavender latte absolutely delicious!

Outstanding food and coffee. Everything had a fresh feeling and was delicious with every single bite. Whether you are a Savannah local or just passing though our beautiful city, Franklin's is a must to stop and enjoy the experience. One of Savannahs many hidden gems.

Great place to eat breakfast. Outside tables are nice to sit around and watch the trees in front.

Somewhat disappointing. The dishes were good but the coffee much to be desired. Seating outside is available.

They were about to charge me more than what the menu stated my drink would cost, before I corrected them. The cup for the drink I got was only filled up halfway, if that. Yeah, it was a small, but I've never seen a small that paltry before.

When I later asked for a cup of water, they said they were low on cups and so couldn't get me one. Pretty basic courtesy to have water available for customers, but apparently not here.

Do not go here! We wanted one last amazing meal before we left Savannah. Came here for brunch. Everything is pre made. The service was horrible. The rice in the harvest bowl was undercooked when we told them they said it was a design choice. Very awkward experience and vibes while walking in all the staff was just standing behind the counter not doing anything staring at us not helping with the menu. Waste of money, very mediocre food and waste of time. Two thumbs down!!!!!!!

Really beautiful little coffee shop. They have a wide range of coffee, tea, other drinks, and food. I had croque monsieur and hot chocolate, both were great and freshly made. As such, if you are ordering food, it can be a few minutes before it is ready, but our drinks came very fast. Items are priced fairly for the quality and quantity that you get. Highly recommend.
