Food was excellent (as usual) friendly servers fast service

Experience was not good at all today. My waitress never checked on us and deliberately avoided my table. She at one pointed started to walk towards my table and backed up so she wouldn't come by it. I asked for Heinz 57..never got it finally I got up and went and got it myself. She waited for everyone around us. I still left a tip and a note.

Very friendly staff. The food was delicious. A lot of items to choose from the breakfast menu. Plenty of seating for large groups.

Clean restaurant, attentive and friendly staff. Food came to table very quickly. They always give large portions. And the food is delicious. Have tried several things on the menu both breakfast and lunch items and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend. In a small strip mall and easy to ride past but worth looking for.

Great brunch place, but sometimes the wait can be a little lengthy. I loved the chicken and waffles, it is the first restaurant to get me into chicken and waffles. Good amount of food for the price.

I wish I could honestly give negative stars!!!! My husband and I decided to try this out for breakfast while in town. Well one of the waitresses mistakenly gave my husband’s food to the couple sitting behind us. In my eyes it was no big deal because it could easily be remade because it was a grit bowl. The issue came when the server took the bowl back to the counter and said ummm can you remake this because seat two which was me is looking so I can’t just give this to them. Ma’am you are absolutely right you can’t just give that to me. Well the cook said no just stir it up and give it to them!!!! He absolutely refused to make the food over! Not only did we not get the food. But I had to pay for the other meal we didn’t eat. Needless to say we had to drive back to Augusta hungry. If you live in Pooler or just visiting don’t waste your time here!!! I been in the F&B industry 20 plus years and never seen anything like this! I wish one of my cooks would refuse to make a guest food. I would fire them on the spot. To the waitress it shouldn’t matter whether I was looking or not. It is very unsanitary to give someone food that you just pulled of another person table!

Loved it! We were travelling through pooler and stopped here for lunch. The restaurant was spacious, well staffed, and clean. The food was fresh and delicious. She had a grilled cheese sandwich with fries, and I had the shrimp and catfish plate with curly fries and slaw. The shrimp and fish were hand battered in house and it was a huge portion! I had not expected such a large amount and high quality. We will return if we are in the area again.

As an annual tradition of our summer vacay we look for a restaurant to have breakfast before getting back on the road and going our separate ways. We walk in to a sign that says “please seat yourself” the tables were all full so we waited and grabbed them as they came available since we had a party of 13. Just as we had enough tables/seating a waitress comes and scolds me (quite loudly) in front of the entire cafe for not coming to ask them for tables before selecting our seats. As if we were not all standing at the front for 10mins waiting on tables to begin with. She then continues to talk rudely to me and my family saying that “I clearly don’t understand!” We even told her we would pay for each table individually so it would not effect what waitress took each table (my family is in the food service and did not want to take away from anyone). In the end we left without eating and decided it was worth the 45min wait to go to Cracker Barrel and not support local this trip.

Food was great. Good portions. Service was quick, polite, and professional. Prices were very reason. Close to interstate, so it's very convenient for travelers. Definitely a great place to stop for a quick breakfast. Could use better signage at exit, but that is the only negative we could find to say.

Local place. Service is excellent. Food is stick to your ribs good. They serve breakfast and lunch only. Whole menu is available. I highly recommend.
