We were looking for something different. We were getting tired of going to IHOP. I stumbled across this place after a quick search on Google maps. We were not disappointed. The service was fast and the food was great. We will be going back. If you haven't been yet you should go!

Coffee was excellent. A friend and I have been trying different local restaurants we haven’t been to in awhile. We will definitely put The Local Yocal Cafe back in our rotation. Good food, (did I mention great coffee?) relaxing atmosphere and the service was great.

The meal I had was excellent. The service was very good and the atmosphere was warm and friendly.

The XL BLT was awesome! But the homefries were cold.

Everything was great! Especially the fries! We had the double omelet and it was great!

This is the best place in town for a solid meal, food is always elite and the service is always phenomenal. The hostess is very welcoming and professional, and every waitress serves you like family. Judy, Erin, Ella and Jasmine are top-notch servers. Thanks again for another great experience!

A really great local restaurant in the heart of historic downtown Milledgeville. Great food and employees, highly recommend! Visit the other shops and especially tour the historic Governors mansion down the stree

TL:DR, its a fantastic and charming breakfast place with lovely food and even better service.

I ordered the Crab Cake poached eggs, and I have to say, being a somewhat weak enthusiast for seafood, this place really exceeded my expectations. The crab cake was fluffy and delicious, and the poached eggs were cooked to perfection, all topped by a lovely drizzle of hollandaise that would make any sane person drool. Fantastic breakfast, go check it out.

This is by far the best restaurant Milledgeville has to offer! I try to go every Friday for the $5 French Toast because of how good it is! I can’t say enough good things about the service and wait staff, they are always on top of things and doing it with a smile. This place has treated this town so well and I hope they keep up such amazing work!!
