Amazing customer service and the best coffee around period !!! Salted Carmel latte with Oatmilk do it !!!

Just bought some coffee and was really disappointed. We ordered hot cappuccino with almond milk and extra shot of expresso. The coffee was lukewarm with no taste; it's like it's been sitting there the whole day. So little quality for an expensive coffee; I just dumped those in the trash; will not buy again.

Who was working Thursday, November 12th 2021 around 4:30?? Because the female barista made the best coffee I have ever had! And I hate coffee. Absolutely hate it. I was going to order a refresher like I normally do, but ended up trying a small coffee since their water line/tap was down. For the first time ever, I fully enjoyed coffee! Thank you!

We have ordered two times previously from @Local, paid for delivery, and received our orders within 20 minutes - and the coffee was delicious. However, the third time was NOT a charm! Our third order was placed, and we paid for delivery - after 30 minutes and no coffee, we called, and were told that the delivery person could not find the building where it was to be delivered (a very prominent building in the community - and doesn't everyone have GPS?), so, he took it back to the shop. No one called to tell us, and when we called, they told us that they would remake it and send it back out to us. After 45 minutes, we called again - a man told us the coffee had been remade, and was waiting for the delivery person to get back, and it would be brought to us - I told the man who answered that we didn't want cold coffee, and he assured me it would be hot - their delivery person should be back at any moment. Well, after waiting ANOTHER 45 minutes, we STILL had not received the coffee - however, we also had still not received a phone call from @Local. When we called back, we were told that the delivery person had "broken down" on the golf cart - by this time, after waiting over two hours for two cups of coffee, we told them to cancel the order. The girl who had answered the phone told us she had just gotten in, and wasn't even supposed to be there - she would see what she could do about cancelling. We told her that we expected, since we didn't receive the coffee, not to be charged - since the total has already come off of our credit card, we'll now have to wait and see if they refund the money! I'm just not sure why we had to wait two hours, and never heard a word from @Local, without us having to call - and we never received any type of "I'm sorry" from any of the three different employees that we spoke with - that is extremely unprofessional!

They have really comfy couches. I love studying here..I'm so glad there is a coffee shop that closes late as my college close early.

Wonderful service, knowledgable staff, delicious coffee! So glad to have this cute spot in Covington!

Local little place for coffee. Its a good energy from the owners and guests. They have a few little chill spots 1 room full of books on the bookshelves walls. Its worth going at least once. But once you go you will be hooked

Asked for a pour over and received brewed coffee. Now, the coffee was good but not what I asked for. Listen Barista, don’t cut corners, a good pour takes about 10 minutes. Brewed coffee tastes much different than a pour over. Hope this helps!
