Ice Queen

Understaffed.. No knowlege of food.. waited 30mins for cold samosa chat with no samosa and hot cumcumber in a paneer 65 wrap.. seriously.. Also other customers waiting for food for an eternity

The first time I tried Ice Queen was in Lagrange,GA and let me say it was amazing. Being a lover of bubble tea and working for a bubble tea store at one point I was so excited to learn that there was an Ice Queen in Columbus,GA as well! I’ve been there multiple times and while the tea/tapioca pearls are a hit or miss I still go because I like that they don’t use powdered Thai tea, to my knowledge anyways. I also enjoy one girl who seems to always work there and is very friendly and nice( I don’t know her name but she is short and always has hoop earings). I recently went there with my friend (a HOUR and about ten minutes before they closed) and ordered our typical drinks with the tapioca pearls and was told that they didn’t have any. Disappointed because that is one of the biggest reasons for a BUBBLE tea, they did offer strawberry and mango popping boba (which aren’t our favorites due to it being a Thai tea and my friend doesn’t enjoy them at all) and I nicely told them never mind. The girl that was working gave me a really rude/nasty look that almost makes me not want to come back because of it.( this same girl has helped me my first time coming to this location and her friend was behind me and she was very, VERY distracted by that). Besides those things most of my visits here have been pleasant.

I don’t know why Royal Cafe closed down, but I sure wish it hadn’t. It was my favorite place in Columbus to go for ice cream! Went into Ice Queen shortly after they opened....I didn’t even get anything because they changed the menu up SO much!! Now everything that was good is gone. R.I.P. Royal Cafe

I always saw places like this on YouTube and always wanted to go and now there's this place in Columbus that does the rolled ice cream is amazing. I'm going to have a task where I try every single kind and combination that they serve. Everything from green tea,mango and coffee.

We Arrived at 11:30 and placed our order. The last two people were served at 1:00 there were 16 of us. They gave out of French fries after about 6 of of our orders and we were served chips. There was no ice for the drinks, we saw several to go orders leave before we were served. The buns were cold. The servers were nice but not efficient.

My first time, and didn't disappoint. I'm a kid at heart, so I got the fruity pebbles. Staff was very friendly with greeting when entering and exiting. Highly recommend.

It's the little things...
I just left this place with my ice cream, wich I was really looking forward to since everyone has had nothing but good things to say about. The service was nice and quick and the ice cream tasted really good, HOWEVER, as I separated the rolls I noticed the one thing that will make me not want to come back (and the reason for the one star, A HAIR.
This is DISGUSTING!!!
The young man that was doing my ice cream was wearing a cap and wearing gloves, and his hair was blonde not black. Clearly it wasn't his hair. It makes me wonder what else you could find.
It sucks, because this really ruined it for me.

Delicious ice cream roll ups! The only thing I would change would be for them to advertise outside and inside on the walls that roll up ice cream is what they do/serve! We had no idea that’s what it was bc there aren’t any pictures of it anywhere to see and the dominant menu on the wall is for slushes and milk slushes - it doesn’t say “create your own ice cream ROLL UPS” which would make a huge difference bc it’s super fun to watch and delicious to eat. Can’t wait to come back.

Only 10 flavors and 1 of them isn't what is posted. A 12oz can of soda was 3.29. Ridiculous. Ice queen? It should be called ice peasant.
