Everything is absolutely delicious. My top recommendation is the masala fries then add beef. Possibly the best thing ever.

I am a person who really enjoys bubble tea/smoothie specially me being from cali. I am a regular customer, Icecream here is really good but i have to give a 2 due to service, i always ask for extra tapioca for smoothie and i am ready to pay few extra bucks. I dont understand why they do this all the time they dont put extra tapioca specially few staff people in the evenings. I am really disappointed as today even though the guy keeps on telling the other girl to put extra tapioca she did not. I wish there is other bubble tea place in columbus.

I came here and received the best service! Even though we came right before close, they still accomodated me with my complicated order! 5/5 stars!!

Very friendly staff and the tea and rolled icecream were delicious!

My son really wanted to experience the rolled ice cream so I took him here and he enjoyed it but it was a bit pricey and the staff could have been a little more engaged with the customers. Other than the price and customer service it was ok.

This place is really great. Simple formula, but they make the ice creams so well. Staff was very nice as well. We are def coming again.

Daughter received a gift card from Royal in September, 2018 for her birthday. Tried to use it today, January, 2019 and was told they could not accept it because of the company name change 😠. Made my daughter cry and wasted my friend"s money. So now that's $10 free in their pocket. Very bad business practice in my opinion. Didn't even try to work with us or apologize. Do not buy any gift cards from this place. They def will not receive my business.
