Kung Fu Tea

Employee was very rude :(. Didn't even put the minimal effort of conversation. I've never had boba tea before so I asked for either their favorite drink or a popular drink. There wasn't even a line so why be rude?? I left and didn't order anything

Awfully horrible customer service. They are not about customer satisfaction. My order was estimated to be ready at 6:58pm. I get there ten mins after the estimated time and they tell me they're still working on my drink. I'm waiting another ten minutes until they realize the drinks in front of them are mine and were already made. They want to go ahead and hand me over two melted slushies. One of the drinks wasn't what I had ordered, so I ask for a new one and they're arguing with me about not wanting to make it when I this point the drink is basically melted. After five minutes of waiting on whether they want to make me a new drink they're still running their mouths about it. Honestly, probably the last time I go there. They need better training, especially; the manager. I expected more from them.

This place was absolutely amazing. The honey milk tea is my favorite and is so pretty! The popping boba is really good to. The cup is so cute with the dragon on it. The price is a little high but definitely worth it. I would 100% go back there.

This used to be my go-to Boba Tea place. The drinks themselves are great. However, the customer service has now made me take my business elsewhere for good.

I ordered a drink through the app, did not realize I ordered a hot drink. Once I got there I told them I didn’t realize I ordered hot, I meant for it to be cold. They said they had already made it and if I want cold I have to order a new drink. Are you kidding me? Yeah I will never be coming back here ever again.

Every time I come here the staff is unpleasant and rude. They won’t go out of there way for anything, will hardly do the bare minimum.

I had asked before to buy boba pearls on the side, they wouldn’t do it. Makes absolutely no sense. Another shop did it no problem.

And unfortunately this goes for every Kung Fu Tea I’ve been to. The one in John’s Creek refused to serve us without a mask and wouldn’t accept cash. Okay have fun with a failing business then. We went to another better shop down the road. That’s where I’ll be going from now on.

Normally, I love getting the wintermelon milk tea so today I wanted to try the wintermelon jasmine green milk tea! It was absolutely delicious and the boba was on point. I had the tea over an hour around 2pm and I was feeling great and caffeinated. By 6pm I noticed my hands were shaking so bad that my handwriting was squiggly and I couldn't hold it steady. By 8pm I was really tachycardic with my heartbeat reaching 140bpm while just sitting. By 11pm I got so nauseous and dizzy that I started googling urgent care near me. I am normally very sensitive to caffeine but I can usually tolerate a cup of green tea so I was so puzzled as to why I was feeling this awful. Then I googled every medication/drug I took today (vitamin gummies, lactaid, extended-release metformin, caffiene) and.... I found the culprit. apparently metformin slows down caffeine metabolism and enhances the effects/side-effects of caffeine... and I had literally taken the pill with my caffeinated tea. Just wanted to write this review as a PSA... don't be like me. If you take metformin beware of the crossreactivity... It's 1AM and my heart rate has come down to high 80s and after vomiting a couple of times I finally feel a bit better. Tea was 10/10 but I'm going to be sticking to my non-caffeinated drinks from now on.

I've had Kung Fu Tea before but had never been inside of one until this visit last week! Looks fairly new, or at least maintained well, and the tea was so fresh! I ordered a black tea with milk cap, and my boyfriend had a wintermelon milk tea. You could taste how fresh the tea was and it was delicious! Service was great and our orders came out quickly for the amount of people in front of us. This location is great!

Honestly their tea is just ok. The management and crew do not seem to be happy. Asked them if they could blend a drink better because it had large chunks of ice last time. I was told no. They do what they need to, to get by and only that. They don't allow you to use the restroom, even with little children. Honestly if your looking for a good tea place try One Zo. They are awesome.

Amazing tea, drinks are good. Only reason I took away a star is because the inside seating is closed and no public bathroom. Very inconvenient. Next time I want to have a drink and catch up on some work I’ll have to go to Starbucks across the road.

Thank you for opening closer. Having more space for seating and easy to find a parking lot.

Had the Caribbean passion slush with boba and it was delicious. The quality of the tea here is much better than Quickly although more expensive. Quality drinks here you won't be disappointed.
