I had an absolutely terrible experience ordering tea here. Order was wrong, servers were rude. I will not be returning. This is the only boba tea shop I have ever been to that I have had a bad experience with, literally a dozen other ones exist within 30 minutes of this place and I have had no significant issues with any of them.

Only the 7th time I've been here. But today they let me know how incredibly rude they can be. I know this isn't Starbucks but what are you gonna do with the WRONG drink you made? Dump it out, instead of letting the customer keep it. Oh but they wanted to take the easy way out and add the bubbles they forgot to add to my drink instead of remaking it completely. Dont be greedy and expect your customers not to complain.

My wife and I used to come here during COVID and after very regularly. I would always get a Thai milk tea boba with 30% sweetener. The staff at the register would always explain at the beverage is very bitter. I prefer my beverages bitter and usually drink green tea uncut with no sweetener. The boba is already fairly sweet and when more sugar is added makes the beverage overly sweet, for my taste.

However, on my last visit, the staff drew a hard line on not reducing the sweetener whatsoever in the beverage that I had been ordering the same way for the past almost 2 years. The young lady at the front was very polite and courteous about it and definitely had the best intentions of the customer in mind. The staff is always lovely at this location.

Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this location due to the fact that I cannot get a beverage that I like that has the flavors that I like. So I will find another place to frequent.

Music too loud, flavors aren't as tasty as other boba tea places, service slow.

They have really good boba, but we drove over 30 minutes and was told they were out out of brown sugar boba, we were offered other toppings but they couldn’t give a discount.. poor customer service. This is like chick fil a saying they are out of chicken..

I’ve had drinks I loved here and some I have not liked at all. Good to try out and if you find something you like that’s great

Don't order online, they don't have anything to differentiate anything firm their hot from cold drinks. I ordered a boba tea, and in stead of getting what I requested, I received a hot drink. Not even worth the price tag.

Loved their tea!!! Best ones I've had!
