Better know what you want before you go in. Rude employee. Every someone asked a question they would answer in a demeaning mannor. I asked for a suggestion and they seemed to be bothered by the question and didnt answer my question. That baristia definitely does not seem like they like their job and it shows.

Watch out on added fees and prices. Asked for a butter brew cold was charged for additional items that I didn't ask for. Asked for a small was informed that they had no small cups so why is it my fault that you want charge me for a medium just do a small serving and at to a medium cup. Wife wanted a medium frappe with a shot of espresso. Was told that the espresso would turn the frappe into water. Need some new baristas or management. Will not return to a subpar coffee shop.

I'm not normally one to write reviews, but seeing the abnormally low rating for what I consider my go-to place for good coffee is kind of disappointing. I'm a big fan of their Mocha Frappe's, and I've never had any customer service issues.

Extremely poor mocha at Joe Muggs Coffee. Basically tasted like a hot chocalate heavy on the syrup. Needs to get a deep dive on making hot beverages involving coffee as the key ingredient.

The cashier misheard my order (everyone with me heard what I ordered and agreed). She refused to fix it, and argued with me about what I ordered. Then when I asked to just return it, she made me wait 20 minutes while she helped others.

Only experience with this place since we stopped during our, my fiancee and I, traveling to and from Georgia. It was probably on the return trip back to Michigan. It was probably just a restroom break. But all of the rest areas that we stopped at were very clean on the toll roads.

Posting says they close at 9pm . Got to the store at 7:50 pm . Was told they close at 8 but really they close at 7:30 . Refused service . Very unprofessional.

Horrible service, waiting 25 mins for subpar for coffee that didn't have everything that I asked for...absolutely horrible!

Good hot chocolate

Service is terrible. Girl at the counter was rude. Will not be going back.
