Love the mission of the ministry and the warm, relaxing environment. We had excellent curry chicken salad, a salad. Then enjoyed coffee and a protein cookie. So blessed to spend the afternoon with all of you! Look forward to our next time in the area.
I was traveling through the area when I happen to come across this sorry excuse for a thrift store. Everyone knows that a thrift store means affordable not the same prices and you would pay in the mall or retail store. The quality of the items were awful and very outdated. The sign for shoes says $2.99 unless marked well there wasn't a single pair of shoes under $15. I could go to Plato's closet and find better. The jewelry was $5.99 and it looked like someone in a rest home had made it. Come on my grandmother does better! There was ABSOLUTELY no friendly service to be found there. This place is STRICTLY for high class old women that dont care to pay for over priced out of style items. When I think "thrift" I think hey it's for a good cause and it's helping people in need. While I was sitting in my car the employees from the donation area threw LARGE amounts of donations into the trash. This place is a sorry excuse for a thrift store and needs to be shut down.
I love thrifting at Gather! Such a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. They usually have great furniture pieces which is my favorite thing to thrift for!
An added bonus is grabbing and iced coffee and do not sleep on the empanadas. They are legit.
I really enjoy shopping here. The place is kept immaculate. Clothes are clean and don’t smell. I’ve gotten great bargains on some quality merchandise. Staff are always professional, respectful and courteous. They even have a rewards program. I definitely highly recommend this place.
I love Gather! I love the environment and how I’m always welcomed by everyone in the store. The baristas are so genuine and great at making coffee! Hands down my favorite place in Brunswick.
I am excited about the new-ish business that has opened in my community: Gather Thrift & Cafe.
About three months ago I noticed the colorful flags flying outside and decided to venture in and investigate this beautiful new building. I stopped in for a cup of coffee and Immediately I found a group of people who are committed to God’s love for our little community here in Brunswick Georgia.
I have found a new place to donate all of my excess as I purge my home. I feel good about donating to Gather- I know they are sowing God’s love and truth into this community by my own experiences with the staff.
I enjoy shopping at Gather as well as donating because i always find wonderful treasures in this new building. The treasures include gently used shoes and furniture but the greater value I have found at Gather are new friends! The employees who have taken the time to get to know me and pray with me are the greatest treasures Gather has to offer.
I’m so glad I stopped in for a coffee that day because by the time I left, my heart was full of Hope.
Now i make it a point to stop by often- it is a place I like to go to meet my friends. There is a ton of space for gathering and catching up with old friends as well as many cozy areas to sit and read my Bible or even make new friends & BONUS: I don’t even have to clean my house 😂 I feel like this place is my home away from home.
I thank God for the Joy He has brought to Brunswick through this Gathering place - stop in and see for yourself.
Nicely curated thrift selection, cozy & clean cafe, good food/drink & prices. The bibles on the cafe tables are a little heavy handed but, hey, it's a ministerial organization

Such a nice place to shop and grab a coffee. They give a free coffee voucher whenever you donate which is such a kind gesture! Highly recommend.

The Gathering Place Cafe is the best place to be. Youth can hang out upstairs. The Father's House meets every Thursday upstairs at 6:30.
