Batista was not very accommodating, it was after 3 and did not want to make a new pot. Since she was closing at 4. Did a pour over but it was very weak. The second time I went the coffee was from the thermal pot that was not only weak, it was old and cold. Not up to Starbucks standards.
Brought my mom to a doctor appointment and couldn’t even get service because it’s not open to public. Starbucks May need to rethink having this location because this hurts them especially in this area. There are several hospital, doctor offices and business near that could take advantage of a location if it wasn’t inside this hospital. Desk people could use some customer service skills
The barista taking our order was very rude. She was pushy and became frustrated when we weren't quite ready to order. She also whispered something to her co worker while making our drinks and both laughed. Even if she was not talking about us, that's very unwelcoming especially in a hospital setting. People are going through many different things here and there behavior was very upsetting. Coffee was good. I was here February 7th 2020
Copper Spoon is such a convienent coffee shop right in the heart of University Hospital! I love the yummy ready to-go snacks, and it’s so nice that I can get my Starbucks fix whenever I visit there as well. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly, and I love all the different treats that they sell.
