Their cinnamon rolls are the best around

I've stopped by twice at this place and they are out of regular type bagels. What is terribly disappointing is they are related to Bagel World (sister company) and in my humble opinion, these are the worst bagels ever. Zero taste or flavor. So, Bagel 13 is out of bagels at noon on a weekday. Are you freaking kidding me? I have to drive 30 miles down the road to Panera now for a dozen bagels. What terrible planning on the owners part. If you call yourself a bagel shop, have bagels available.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The dining area was clean and comfortable. BLT was great, however, the bacon egg and cheese bagel was a little dry. Overall a pleasant experience.
It’s just Velvet
I read a couple of reviews and it made me almost not go inside. This place was exactly what I needed to jump start my morning, and it’s a plus because they have my favorite bottled strawberry lemonade. && the price wasn’t bad at all!

Slooooooow. Only recommended if you have lots of time to burn.
I've been twice, once for lunch and once for breakfast. Both times the food has been good, but has taken 20+ minutes to make. There's no reason a bagel sandwich should take that long.

Bagel sandwiches are decent although if what another reviewer said is true, which is that they are related to Bagel World, that is disappointing. I have to agree...Bagel World's bagels and sandwiches were always bland and flavorless...they need salt in the recipe. The loaded smashbrown is delicious, if heavy and greasy. The coffee is pretty awful. I went in today and tried a cappucino, assuming that it would be better than the plain coffee but sadly it was almost as bad...watery yet kind of bitter-tasting. If you want better coffee and way better espresso drinks, go to Sunrise Bread Company on US 1.

Love this place when I visit Titusville!! I just wish they still had the cold roast beef bagel sandwich like they used to. I don't know why they would take it off the menu. Very clean and staff are very friendly!!

Tried this place on a whim. Dont live in Titusville. Great food tho. Wide selection. Wanted to stay for lunch! Enjoyed a delicious smoothie too. Best part, hands down, had to be the Jones Soda dispenser! Super cool.

I frequent this place about once a week. Always for breakfast - Eggel Bagel with Jalapeño "dream" cheese (you know, because I can't help but dream about how good it is 😉). This past week a friend of mine decide to try the Blackened Ahi Melt on an egg bagel for breakfast and let me try a bite. It was delicious!! The flavors were spot on.
I decided I would give some of their lunch options a try. So this week on my lunch break I decided to try the Turkey & Hummus wrap. I was disappointed with it and do not recommend it. The turkey was dry and so was the spinach wrap. There was too much turkey and not enough hummus in my opinion. I found out the following day from a student of mine that tried it and they did not like it as well. Said it needed more hummus and the turkey tasted funny. So I don't plan on trying that item again in the future.

On 08/05/2018 my wife and I went into the Garden St. location on Sunday morning just like we have been doing since before the couple bought the Bagel world across the street from Dixie Crossroads. When I placed my order for my favorite sandwich the Bagel and Lox I was told there wasn't any as it was curing. I was so irritated that it wasn't available that we went elsewhere for our Sunday morning breakfast.
On 08/12/2018 my wife and I came into the Garden street location to have breakfast and to my relief Lox was available. As I started to eat my sandwich I noticed that the Lox was grey and very fishy. I took my sandwich up to the counter and asked for different Lox and like the previous Sunday I was told that they didn't have any more Lox as it was curing. I let your employees know that this was unacceptable and that I would be contacting the owners. Though I was offered a different sandwich I asked for cold ham and ate the remainder of the sandwich with the ham.
When I sat down my wife told me her Maple Pecan cream cheese didn't taste right I tried a little myself and it didn't taste right so I smelled it and it smelled like sour milk. I took her sandwich up to the counter and told the counter person that it smelled like sour milk, I was told that they make it fresh every day, implying that it wasn't likely, and was also told that she couldn't smell sour milk. My wife and I left.
Since our visit today my wife and I have had serious intestinal difficulties. Since we have not eaten anything other than bagels today I feel that is the cause.
We are so disgusted with the Garden St. location it is unlikely my wife and I will ever go back.
TOTAL FAIL!!
