I'd give it 20stars if I could....DELICIOUS, if time..definitely not last. My go to every time we visit Florida

Great bagels, friendly staff, and fantastic coffee. It's a little loud (echoey), due to the lack of any sound suppressing elements, but still a nice place to eat breakfast and get on with your day.

We really thought we would get a decent bagel sandwich but…. We were terribly wrong. It’s too bad because the atmosphere was nice.

Clean. Great service. It's an awesome place to chat with a friend or collaborate a small business meeting in a living room-ish atmosphere. A little pricey, but the food, service and eat in area are worth it.

We have visited the shop a few times the smell fresh coffee and warm baggles is great combination after a long bicycle ride. Friendly folks and clean.

We had a very nice breakfast. Great service, good hot food and coffee. They do not have a GF menu but worked with my wife to create a good GF meal.

Horrible customer service. I was not greeted by anyone. Staff member went to the register and simply stated at me. I ordered. She said nothing. Then stated and the next customers. Food was simply thrown in top of the counter and I had no idea if it was mine or not. Note- all staff members had attitudes and did not give a damn about it’s customers.

Friendly welcoming staff, bright and comfortable layout , excellent everything bagels, good coffee, fast service. All good. If they open one in Schenectady I will be a regular.

Service was very slow and disorganized. The long tables in front of the registers were sticky and dirty. Or sandwiches were good and that's the only reason this location gets 2 stars.

Service was a little slow but the employees were all very nice and the food was great.
