Bula kafe is a treasure among all the other Kava bars I've been to. The atmosphere, the people, and the employees are all a cut above the rest. Whether it's a slow and quiet night, or packed to the brim, it's always an exceptional and fun time to be here. Highly recommend it. They have a nice and cozy bar setting, ample parking, and a nice open seating area attached to the main building. I've never had a negative experience here, and if you tell me that you have, just point me in the direction of who caused it and I'll beat them up for ya.

Not just for great kava! This place has a super chill atmosphere and they have a solid selection of coffee drinks, in addition to kava. I'm kind of particular about my coffee, but I got an iced mocha and it was a quality drink. No bitterness and not too sweet. I'll definitely be coming back here to kick back and relax.

It's my go to kava place, and despite the prices increasing I'm still loyal to this place. Love it 😊

Trying out something new with a friend.
The atmosphere was very nice and the staff was super friendly.

Awesome place great spot to hang out. Can be very packed at times and hard to find a space at the bar to order. But an amazing place with strong drinks and a very chill vibe. Will definitely visit again. Everyone was so friendly.

Edit: Had an enjoyable experience. Pancake was so welcoming and friendly, and the tea she made was perfect. She made us feel like family.
Always have loved my kava bars. Been here a couple times before and liked it everytime. Usually has great tea, kava and service. But I had a terrible experience today with not only the tea but with the service as well. The bartender I had this time (was young and wore glasses) had an attitude and did not seemed like he wanted anything to do with us. Called me some derogatory names to up his self esteem it felt like. Besides the service, the tea I had was the worst by far which is surprising because bula kafe had some of the best tasting before. But this one was so bitter and repulsive I could not finish it. The only thing saving this review from a one star is my past experience with it.

I'd give it all five stars but one of the staff members was incredibly rude. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Of course I'm not to put her name out but she looked very athletic, has dark hair in a pony tail. One the other customers told me that's how she usually is. Maybe I need to go back again and see. Everything else was wonderful.

We had never heard of the kind of drinks that they serve but the bartender was enthusiastic and super nice and even offered us a free shell of kava. It tasted awful but we thought, why not try what seems to be so popular. The bartender, who was a wealth of information, then talked us into buying some kratom which was also absolutely terrible tasting. We were having a good time trying something new and all was well until 30 minutes after we started our kratom. My wife felt ill and nauseous and continued to vomit through the evening. Even though the bartender warned us of this side effect we were naive and didnt realize the power of kratom and that it is often compared to opioids. Liked the vibe and the friendly service but definitely think they should mention to new comers that it’s a drug for getting high that has a potential for serious negative side affects.

The first few times loved it today my order was so messed up … I need my coffee . And you know the Uber prices ugh . No one will answer the phone so I can get my order corrected and get what I paid for

After reading awesome reviews and driving by on my way to work I decided to ride my bike from to check this little gem. It was noon and super hot when we arrived. Stood by the bar area not knowing were to order. A young lady was working and didnt acknowledge or greet us. We saw a separate room with an espresso machine and walked in. Waited another five minutes. An older guy walked by us and didn't speak or look at us. Kept walking to the back of the room. We got the message, not welcome here. I don't want to judge why we were not acknowledged.
We got on our bikes, rode another six blocks to another place we never been. Welcome!, I was glad to spend my money there. As a former Cafe owner, I was disappointed, I was looking for a place to visit regularly. Not for us.
