Vanessa’s Coffee Shop

I waited over an hour for my food and when it finally came out it didn't have french toast. No one told our whole table they didn't have french toast. Our whole table requested refunds and we left. I wouldn't recommend going to this restaurant.

The only thing I didn’t like is there’s no menu at the table
I like to sit down and see the menu with no rush,

Everything looks delicious and what I did eat omg I highly recommend

This item came with whip cream, the whip cream fell off on the table, when asked can we get more whip cream they said yes for a charge, we explained and they literally said we are not responsible for what happens when the food is given to the customer.. I am baffled of the service that was given.. I know I am probably just one, but this is sad, I really enjoyed coming here, and just for this situation I won't come back..

I love to go to this coffee shop, BUT THE PRICES BEFORE WERE PRICEY BUT NOW.. OVER THE TOP!!.. I CAN GO JUST once in a while.

Horrible experience I ordered 2 coffees for pickup with my meal and when I arrived I apologized and said that the coffees were supposed to be iced. The cashier gave me the nastiest attitude and said they are going to be an up charge. I did not mind until she then proceeded to charge me for brand new drinks plus the up charge and not refunding me for the hot ones. $24 total for 2 iced coffees. When she gave me my drinks she made 2 of the same one and didn’t even give me my correct drink. I didn’t bother to say anything because her attitude was so horrible it wasn’t worth it. There was another customer in the store that saw me upset about the service and advised he also had a poor experience with her attitude. My experience was on 7/31 around 2:45 PM. Shouldn’t matter if you’re closing the shop up I’m a paying customer. Sad to say I won’t be back.

If Starbucks is the bar for coffee shops, Vanessa's exceeds it. What a welcoming spot for Saint Cloud. Stopped by for Sunday breakfast and it definitely hits the spot with it's selections of sandwiches. Ranging from paninis to bagels. It's coffees are on point and delicious. Don't worry, if you're not a coffee drinker their chocolate drinks are good as well. Serving both hot and cold drinks to include milkshakes. Looking for something new; here's the place.

This place never disappoints.... St Cloud location is my favorite, they have this down quite time where you can just go and chill with girls have a nice coffee drink and chat away, staff is always cordial and welcoming....can’t wait to try the glitter latte

Excellent local alternative to Starbucks! Shop local! There is a nice corner with leather couches and a table...it was occupied so I didn’t want to impose with pictures.
