I will no longer recomend this establishment to anyone.
You will get a respectable friendly service at the Rodeo Diner on 192 and it is less expensive and they serve your food the way you want it, sometimes it is not what the place looks like it is the service you get.
Sometime is the service Mrs. Vanessa what it count not your rude robot cashiers that do not listen to what the customer are asking.

I've been going here since they opened and it's obvious why they've grown. This place is an amazing coffee shop with a good menu and good portions yet you do pay for this type of service..

Please use to be amazing before it started to get consistently full. No it’s always jammed back and the food quality has significantly declined for the price. Last visit had some cold and hard toast. I assume it’s because of the demand.

It was my first time visiting Vanessa's coffee shop. This small coffee shop is absolutely beautiful inside! That's the extent of the good.
Upon entry, at 4:03 p.m., there was one girl behind the counter - no greeting. I walk up and find the automated kiosk. I place an order for a croissant with ham egg and cheese. And a coquito iced latte. I didn't find an option to add lettuce or tomato. I checked out. When she came from the back, I then asked the worker if it was possible to add. She said yes for an additional $1.50 +/-. I paid. My order for 2 items and a tip was about $25. All that for my sandwich to come out with no egg and I went to ask her and she said sorry the kitchen stops serving eggs at 4pm. That needs to be advertised!! The veggies could've been substituted for the egg, at least. Or a function needs to be built into the kiosk, removing dishes with egg at 4pm. The food and coffee were just okay. I left slightly unsatisfied with my experience.

DON’T GO HERE!
If I’m almost going to pay $18 for an omelette, I would like to get it the way I like it. getting an attitude from the front cashier clerk is not a good look. too expensive, rude and a little bit of food everything cost extra extra extra!
In this establishment, the customer is never right. Don’t waste your money here.

Awesome coffee shop. Me and my husband came Friday morning and had to come back Saturday morning. Very clean, very polite and nice staff. Talk to the owner and he was very nice. It was above and beyond what we where expected. Will definitely be back. Will definitely not go to Starbucks again.

Tried giving this 2nd location a chance to see if the experience would be better than the Naroossee location, but it was worse. Ordered food and waited patiently about an hour for my food with only about 3-4 tables of people. When I asked the staff they replied saying they had to wait for items to be defrosted to prep our dishes(never heard this one before). The food was very poor. A Publix or sedanos Cuban sandwich is 10x better.

My favorite thing about Vanessa’s coffee shop is the atmosphere and their avocado brunch!! And the variety of drinks always gives me something new to enjoy!

Nice little coffee shop. Cute decor. Cuban sandwich was GREAT!!!!! Should have come with a bag of chips though. Chocolate cake was boring, dry. Coffee was good.
