Not sure what's happening with Vanessa but their food has gotten horrible. First they didn't have pancakes (they replaced with box cold waffles). Their home fries weren't grill they were cold inside and pale which they must have microwaved. We had to ask twice for to get our food reheated. Food horrible, price high.

Awesome little neighborhood coffee shop! The prices are great, staff is very friendly and the food and desserts are yummy! We will be back often.

Everything was just simply amazing 👏
From the exquisite interior to the friendly staff that greeted us as we enter the establishment. And of course the coffee and food was just as beautiful and bright and was ooooh so YUMMY 😋
Definitely will be returning and taking all my friends/family here when they visit me.
What we Ordered: Dirty Ice Chia, Avocado bowl with Chicken, Coconut Matcha Pancakes
XOXO that's the Tea 🍵

Aww how the quality of service has decreased.. after adding self checkout machine.. there is no personal interaction, longer lines as the software is unintuitive and no support from the employees around, couple the front of the house with the constant yelling and screaming of names makes for a bad experience.. I'm always for adding technology but where it helps.. their saving grace is that the food and coffee are good. Suggestion remove the ordering machine and add "order is up" call system and you will find a true gem..

I had multiple visits here and overall the service is not worth it. Last visit and I mobile ordered a latte for pick up, I got there 10 minutes later after the order was placed and it wasn’t ready. That’s okay with me. I waited another 5-7 minutes still not ready. The barista who asked if I was waiting for something was rude and disregarding. Told me my order will be placed at the mobile order station once is ready and walked away. Did not make an effort to help or even make my drink despite me being there already. It took her half an hour to get my drink out. I wish I got her name but she’s the only barista with curly hair.
I’ve been a barista for many years myself and it has never taken half an hour to have a drink made and sent out even on the busiest of days. Same goes for my fellow baristas. Baristas at Vanessa’s have no sense of urgency nor they have respect for customers. They do things at their own leisurely pace and in whatever order they want.
P.S. I saw the curly hair barista throw away good shots when they could’ve been used for other drinks and made wait times much shorter. It’s embarrassing really. I’m glad I never applied to work at Vanessa’s.

Some of the things I love about Vanessa’s Coffee Shop is that it has a very nice interior design, has very good drinks and food, and has Christian owners.

Soulful and peaceful atmosphere, accompanied by a wide selection of coffee flavors and a variety of food and delicious pastries.. I visit this location quite often and will continue to do so. Prices are moderate and considering the quality I'd say "you get what you pay for" sounds fair. Cheers!

I feel like I just left the foyer of a trendy church, or a coffee shop fully decorated and furnished by Hobby Lobby. It was cute though! Coffee tasted great as well. 😊
