The Coffee Vault of Sebring

I decided to try our local downtown coffee spot for a change of scenery from working at home. It was a really cool spot the ambiance is great the hum of people but not too loud. I was able to find a socket and they had really good WiFi. I am not a coffee drinker but they had breakfast all day option which is always a beautiful thing. If you visit check out their hidden outdoor setup it’s the coolest!

We had lunch here. There was no wait and Michelle our server was awesome! I ordered the ham, turkey, cheese panini and my partner had the fish sandwich. The fish sandwich was huge and delicious the panini was good as well. The portion of french fries was very skimpy and when I asked for more they didn't hesitate to bring us extra. I had the dirty chai latte on ice medium size at $6 it's a little steep but it was good. The Stella beer was cold and for $4 a bottle is a good price. I love the atmosphere of this restaurant it's converted from an old bank building. The vaults are still inside which are still visible which makes it a really cool atmosphere and the tiles floor is absolutely beautiful I love it!! They also had live music while we were dining a one-man band playing keyboard ,saxophone and a couple of other instruments and he was very good as well! The coffee vault is located in the old Sebring circle which is very rustic and has such a great atmosphere!! Friday nights they always have something going on here and Saturday nights are Latin nights. The previous Friday night they had belly dancing and dinner with a special menu. I definitely enjoyed my lunch and the atmosphere. I will definitely be back and we'll recommend to friends and family Thank you Coffee Vault and thank you Michelle!

Excellent location excellent food excellent coffee horrible servers. I had the Vault BLT. Ceasars Salad did not match what's on yhe menu so sent it back, it was very good. Also Vault breakfast was very good ut server got the order wrong and prices are ok. But the servers are slow, do not pay attention to customers, do not even know thier menus. We will come back one more time but if the service issue is not corrected then no more visits by us or friends.

They didn't have the ingredients for the coffee I wanted or the cups for the size. Picture is of a "medium" sized coffee. Price after tip was just over $5. Coffee was ok. Make sure to ask for sugar. Most flavorings are sugar-free. Was nice to have a car event locally. I'm looking forward to more of them.

The Coffee Vault of Sebring has such a great environment. I go every Saturday to have my favorite latte and breakfast. The people are friendly and cool to just joke with and be around. Awesome place to hang and have a good day.

Been dying to trying this place since we moved out here and wish we would have came sooner! We had the absolute best service, coffee, mimosas and food today! Matty was AWESOME. It was a busy Saturday morning with the farmers market and plenty of customers coming in and out and although he was working by himself today he handled us all with so much kindness and hospitality. We helped me make the perfect coffee float with all of my favorites and so many flavors! I can't wait to tell everyone I know about The Coffee Vault, we haven't even left yet and are planning what we get the next time we come back!😍 ☕️

Set inside the historic "Bank of Sebring", this coffee shop features open mic nights, latin nights, and during the day masquerades as a chic bistro with a delectable menu and not a single faire to miss! I would be ashamed if any visitor to the locale were to miss this historic opportunity to visit a building older than any other (except for the theater) in the area!

The coffee/espresso drinks are as good or better than the national chains. Friendly and attentive service. The espresso Belgian chocolate waffle was balanced very well, not too heavy or sweet. It might just be a bit underpriced...

We came here for the first time a few days ago. Really disappointing first (and probably last) experience. I gave 2 stars because it’s a fantastic location, atmosphere and concept and I’m hoping some constructive criticism can lead to positive change. It took us over an hour to get our food. One sandwich was made with an ingredient one of us asked to not have (out of a food intolerance). Instead of fixing the mistake it was just taken off and the person with the intolerance could taste it still. Another sandwich had the garbage end of a tomato and the center core of the lettuce. The drinks were ordered first but came after we were done eating the meal. And for a place named the coffee vault, the coffee flight ordered was VERY disappointing. The chai tea tasted like a regular cappuccino, the espresso tasted like burnt oil, and the other two coffees tasted like hot water. We thought maybe they were just short staffed that day, but there were very few customers and we noticed multiple staff emerge from the back sporadically. There were two tables that also stood dirty from the moment we got there and were still left full of trash after we left almost two hours later. Like I said, I’m really hopeful that things will change or maybe this day was a weird fluke, but we spent over $100 and then after the disappointing experience we had we got a half hearted apology and mandatory tip… we would’ve tipped anyway but after all we experienced it kind of felt like a slap in the face.
Edit: I’m not sure why I’m unable to reply, I’m hoping this edit will be seen by the owner who replied to me. I’m so sorry I did not specify, we were actually there on Saturday not today. We didn’t ask to speak to the manager but we were there with some locals who saw that the manager was in that day. Service just took so long and we had places to be and didn’t have time to stay longer. Our server was very friendly and took our orders quickly, there were just a lot of disappointments that followed after and we were waiting for our food for far too long. Thank you for such a quick and professional reply. We are from out of state but if we make it back that way and hear positive experiences since this one we might stop by and give another try.
