The coffee was wonderful, the food was well prepared, and the Bloody Mary was the perfect Sunday morning topper!

Lots of promise in a great location but as a new eatery (and whatever challenges come with that) means service remains on the slower side. Food is good, sometimes great and staff are super friendly but do not come here expecting to get in and out in less than hour. But if you're not in a rush, definitely give them a try. Their inside and outside seating is beautiful to look at but feels a bit uncomfortable: patio seating seems tables are too tall for the comfy chairs, making eating awkward. Inside, glass tables seem to take up more space than is necessary and when tables are occupied, makes navigating a challenge. I like this place and will continue to frequent it.

Great food and coffee! Matty was an excellent server that made sure we got everything we needed.

The staff was well groomed, well dressed and well mannered.
We both started off with hazelnut cappuccino’s.
We both asked for the Cobb salad.
The cappuccinos were very good.
The salads seemed a little thin but were made with fresh ingredients. Each had a hard boiled egg, some corn and ham. Along with a few wedges of tomato.

We had a very interesting experience this past Sunday at the Coffee Vault. I’ve been here several times for Coffee which is absolutely fantastic, I’d say best coffee in Sebring. We decided to do breakfast here and it was such a weird/bad experience. There were no tables available, which no big deal we asked if we could wait at their coffee bar and they said yes but then we weren’t acknowledged for almost 30 minutes. Finally the only girl who seemed to be working tables asked us if we wanted a drink, I ordered a mimosa flight which took about another 45 minutes to get. When we finally did get a table two people who I thought were customers since they had been sitting the entire time we were there at a table with family and friends reluctantly got up to clean the table, let me know they weren’t fancy there(weird comment) but again we weren’t looking for fancy just someone to serve or acknowledge us. After our table was cleaned, we weren’t given a menu and these two went back to their friends and family while one waitress was taking care of everyone else. Finally I found menus and about 15 minutes later we were able to order, food eventually came out and was great. The quality is definitely not an issue here but the experience wasn’t great and the staff could use some help or training.

My coffee addiction may have just met its match at The Coffee Vault of Sebring. This place is a fan fave! Why! Easy question-great location, quality coffee, and delicious food. To add, the owner and staff are hospitable and charming. Zack's collaborative spirit has allowed other businesses in the community to utilize his coffee spot for exposure and events. Can't go wrong here. I support all that is happening at The Vault!

The shrimp and grits are amazing, try the mimosa flights!

Amazing coffee and amazing service. We got a coffee flight (choice of four drink sampler) and it didn’t disappoint. Took one sip of the americano and knew they were all going to be good. Definitely worth stopping in!

We ordered one small and one large black coffee. Neither was very hot and the Coffe was average. The price for two was almost $10.00. I love to support local but we will not be back.
