Stinky's Bait Shack

The wait time and the price was rediculous for the quality of food I got. I ordered the Scallops and they were incredibly bland not to mention I only got 4 of them with a side of fried potatos (of which were the most boring fried potatoes I've ever eaten). I could have stayed home and cooked for myself and had a more satisfying meal along with saving a LOT of money. Huge disappointment, even bigger waist of money.

First, the crawfish pie is awesome! This place is a favorite of several friends and relatives. The food is consistently good to very good, mostly new cuisine versions of Gulf Coast fish and cajun grub . Also try the gumbo, a specialty of theirs and first rate. It can be crowded at times, and the dining layout is a little confusing, though many of the seat are on the “water” (a small bay near the beach). Prices are reasonable for the area and what you get. Parking is valet unless you want to park on the road during busy times. A definite must visit if you are dining in the area!

Great live music venue with great food!

I go to stink's every time I visit florida and I have always left extremely satisfied. But this time I ate some crab legs that were extremely over done and tasted like pure seasoning. I was very dissapointed with this, BUT the manager did come down to talk to us and took the crab legs off our bill. They staff was extremely helpful and well mannered. I believe that this was just a mistake and I will come back again.

My family & I were not impressed with the food here. My mother ordered a Po Boy and it was a sorry excuse for one. We got very little fish with our orders and what we did get was fried and not very good. You could get a better dinner at a chain restaurant. What I ordered came with a side of black beans which were good but I was not aware of the very hot pepper that was in them that had me on fire. We left here feeling not so great. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We were visiting destin this week and Hotel staff recommended this restaurant. It was the worst place my girlfriend and me have every visited, I've never left a bad review on a restaurant. But this place served us a very small diced up piece of fish that was raw, I'm not sure how you dice a piece of fish into small cubes then fry it and leave it raw. The oysters wasn't cleaned and had the fowlest aroma coming from them.

Came mid morning to get live shrimp. Just enough left to fill my bucket. Plus good advice on where to go with my kayak. Caught 4 good redfish and some crokers. Friendly service.

Cute place to listen to local musicians

Enjoyed our meal and time. Waits are always super long and would have you expect a little more from the food, but still good regardless.
