Stinky's Bait Shack

Love this place! Friendly staff, great food! One of our must eats when in the area. Highly recommend.

Instantly felt at home. Good drinks and great apparel.

Food was outstanding, although a bit overpriced. Without doubt, the BEST grouper, hushpuppies, and bread pudding in rum with ice cream we've ever had. Expensive, but totally worth it! Unfortunately they couldn't do any frozen drinks that night, so we couldn't try their piña coladas.

The bait shack is the hidden location. Nice little bar where you can have a drink while you wait on your table at Stinkys. Prices are fair for the area which is high compared to other areas, but it is on 30A. There are shorts and hats available. The merchandise is nice quality. Not the cheap shirts and hats. There is also fishing rods, reels, and everything thing else needed. There was an area for live music but we never saw anyone in there.

The food here was awesome and extremely affordable for the area. :) I haven't had such a good po boy since I was last in NOLA, the fried green tomatoes with crawfish etouffe was to die for, and the swordfish catch of the day was buttery-perfect and phenomenal. You know what i mean when I say they had the *right* bread. Absolutely coming back here the next time I come to Santa Rosa.

I loved Stinky’s! Such a cool restaurant. We had a huge group, 20+ people. We had about an hour wait (to be expected, especially on a Friday night). I love that they have a bar/shop next door to have a few drinks while you wait for your table. I had their Pyrat Punch and it was delicious! Got a few t-shirts and walked around and fed the turtles! Once we sat down our waiter was awesome. I know it’s hard when 20+ people are asking you for things, and he did a great job. We had oysters, firecracker shrimp, boudin, FGT and all were so good!! Entrees we’re great, and the kids loved their deserts! This place is off the beaten path but well worth the trip.

We stopped in here for breakfast one morning. Great service and amazing biscuits and gravy.

Great food! The grilled fresh red fish was amazing. Peanut butter pie was rich! Definitely shareable.

I didn't end up buying anything there but the person at the counter was very helpful as we were trying to figure out our best fishing Solutions. It was an interesting spot you could buy fresh bait primarily shrimp and get a alcoholic beverage or coffee drink at the same time as well as some food.

We love Stinky's Bait Shack which is next Stinky's Restaurant. We like a weekly trip for a cold drink and a couple bags of Turtle food. The pond out back with a beautiful walkway is loaded with Turtles of various species and sizes and they are HUNGRY.
