LAZY!!!! Didn't even put the cream cheese ON the bagel... And it was RAW! WTH! Never going back, if I wanted to toast my own bagel and put cream cheese on it, why the hell would I be coming to your restaurant?

Food is good. Customer service is a joke. They don't answer the phone. I have been standing there when the phone rings. And heard the girl say to the other employee I'm not answering that. Today I met my girlfriend who pre ordered. They gave her meal then completely ignored me until I finally walked out.

The service in this place has really gone down hill. I felt really bad for the cashier, she's exceptionally overwhelmed. They need more employees to keep up with their customers and Door dash.

On the subject of my Bagel 13 experience–
The quality of my food order –ingredients · advertised image🆚real-life image · order packaging– was absolutely stunning! I can taste the larger quantity of genuine ingredients used in the food prep and that is a HUUUGE DEAL for me!
There is literally ‹trust me, I'm an “extremely literal person” 😉🙂 hehe› no thing I could possibly speak negatively about in regards to my choice to try something new this morning! Thank you!-I cannot wait until my next breakfast from Bagel 13! –⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐

Came here after a morning meeting and I was looking forward to a everything bagel with cream cheese and lox however I got a day old possibly two-day-old bagel. I'm giving this place a 3-star because the kid behind the counter was nice.
