Bagel 13 - PSJ

Outstanding service and really good bagels; lots of variety. Good coffee too. The facilities though need attention. The AC was broken for days. The countertop and other furniture needs some repairs and cleaning.

I was very impressed with the staff. The Customer service was exactly what anyone wants. Happy, friendly, smiles, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I rarely ever post reviews unless I’m blown away and I must say that I was blown away by their customer service. A young gentleman named josh is fantastic and there was also a very nice young lady there.
My bagels were also amazing.

How hard is it ro include the cream cheese portion of a bagel and cream cheese breakfast? This has happened to me at least 4 times at this location. If you order to go, check your bag or you may only be given a toasted dry bagel with nothing to accompany it🤮

The lady with the blue hair seemed kinda stressed out. No clue what’s going on with her, but made the experience very trash. She was super rude and was complaining from the moment we walked in. She made it unwelcoming and we don’t really want to come back ever.

Food was good and she was nice at the end so I changed from 1 to 2 stars. (Someone didn’t show up so I think she couldn’t leave when she was supposed to.)

Tall guy w Philly's hat & girl w blue hair are an AWESOME team! I've come in several times w both working, & I they always knock it out of the park. Also the "kickin chicken pita" is my fav!!

This was my side of fruit and my iced mocha. Coffee black as night and two whole apples. Literally the worst experience and the only experience I’ll ever have with Bagel 13.

This used to be my favorite place to go for breakfast and my coffee, I went every morning. Just in the last month and a half the customer service has gone down immensely. Every time I have gone in everyone seems miserable, especially the young cashier. Rolling eyes and not very sociable. The main reason I enjoyed this small place was the employees being personable and friendly aside from the tasty food!

Asked for a cinnamon crunch bagel with cream cheese on it and lightly toasted. They took lightly toasted literally and must have only toasted it for a few seconds. Barely warm. Asked for cream cheese on it as I would be eating it on the go. Not sure what type of cinnamon crunch bagel has two grains of cinnamon on it, because this tasted like a regular bagel. Someone must have cut it with a used knife too because certain bites tasted like an everything bagel. Disappointed.

The Thai ice coffee was bangin. Ahi tuna bagel 🥯 yum af.
