So disappointed in this place, because I love the one in Titusville so much. Put my order in while I was standing there waiting three different people came back with their orders and every last one of them was wrong. I get my order I go to the car and I said let me just check this. I opened it up and it was wrong. I don't know what was going on back there but orders were coming out wrong and it didn't taste as good as Titusville bagel 13. Could be because of the long wait the mix up of the food but I wasn't happy. I will say the manager put my ticket up so that I could have another bagel at another time. But that's not good.

My turkey spinach wrap was pretty good. My wife was disappointed with her Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It didn't have anything but meat and cheese and almost no onion (a few extremely thin, almost-invisible slices). We're used to cheesesteaks from almost everywhere else with lots of onions and peppers on them. We thought that's just the way all cheesesteaks were supposed to be. Anyway, when we first got there and were looking at the menu on the wall we couldn't see any sandwiches listed. Then, we realized that the right monitor of the 4 menu monitors was dead, but the cashier didn't say anything as we were looking at them. She should have mentioned the printed menus at the end of the counter to see everything available. That 4th menu monitor really needs to be fixed ASAP... especially as cheap as they are nowadays. That really doesn't help a business' appearance to have something that important not working. A spare one should always be ready to grab to swap for one that goes bad.

The bagels here are very good Nice mother and daughter waited on me and I ended up with a free bottle of water thank you very much. BLT with roasted tomato bagel.

I visited this establishment this past Friday morning and I witnessed a family arguing with a gentleman. The gentleman tried to get past their tables and they became angry with him. The tables were put together which didn't seem appropriate. I was very uncomfortable seeing the way they treated this man who stated that he was a veteran. The manager handled the situation very poorly and I didn't see what the issue was. The adults at the tables were extremely rude to him and there was no reason to be. I left since they were very disruptive and used the last three tables available. I don't think I will be returning.

Wanted to buy a gift certificate for my husband. When I went to ask at the PSJ store I was told they don’t have them - but the clerk told me I could buy a couple of $5 “bagel bucks”a or what ever they are called and it is as good as cash. So I bought 5 or 6 of these $5 bills. When my husband went to use them he was told he could only use one at a time!!! I will not be spending any more money at bagel 13- in essence- they are forcing him to buy a dozen bagels every time he wants to use a $5 card. It is NOT a coupon and there is no “fine” print so I am not sure how they are justifying this. I will be calling the company to report this. And, yes, I do agree that the employees do not know what customer service is all about. The clerk made me wait that day until she finished up some tasks and there were no other customers in the store. It is obvious that the customer is not #1 at bagel 13. By the way- what kind of business has no gift cards???

Terrible service. Staff ignored phone calls. Went there 3 times with small lines before I could order. Extremely inefficient staff. The food is good, however not worth the hour long wait. Order boards are out also. Something us definitely going on with the Port Saint John staff.

Good bagle sandwhichs but way overpriced for what you get, they now upcharge for every little thing (a few months ago that was not the case). A slice of tomato with a few leaves of spinach is now an extra $1.00. Plus last two times I went there they messed up my order, where I was charged for additional items yet they forgot to put them on my sandwhich.

UPDATE: They have been under new management for a while, and I have had nothing but great experiences. They’re always friendly every time I go in and call. So happy to give them my business again. 😊

Good food, but horrible service when you call in an order. Always. Never friendly on the phone and left on hold forever. I called from my house, which is 10 minutes away and got placed on hold. I drove there while on hold, and by time I got there I was still on hold. There was literally one other person in the restaurant. This is not the first time this had happened. Ridiculous.

Good breakfast at a good price. Only thing holding them back from that final star is two things; 1. The cold Brew coffee used to be much better than it is now. Not sure what they changed but I wish they would change it back. 2. I always seem to get at least one bite of onion no matter what bagel I get. While that's not a terrible thing on a savory bagel but if you get a sweet bagel and halfway through you get a mouthful of oniony blueberries it's quite off-putting to say the least. Not enough to not recommend them though.

The quality of food and service is going downhill. The cook was more interested in talking on the phone then making my sandwich. The bacon was tasteless. After changing their name from bagel world to bagel 13 the food improved but the last few times it has gone downhill
