Really great staff up front. They are personable and kind. The bread is phenomenal and their avocado toast was the best I've ever had! The combination of flavors with the amazing bread was the best! I can't wait to go back!

Fantastic custom cake! We worked with Anna in ordering a Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Filling and Swiss Buttercream Frosting. We received incredible service and outstanding quality!

This cake was for our family patriarch’s 93rd birthday. He wanted an old fashioned Red Velvet cake and Craft Gourmet Bakery delivered just that but on a higher level with the exquisite Swiss Buttercream finish! Every guest’s reaction was the same… “Mmmmm”, smiles, and eyes rolling back in their heads!

Anna was awesome to work with via calls and texts. I sent her a photo of a cake decorated in a style that was appropriate for our St.Patrick’s Day birthday guy and Craft Gourmet Bakery created it perfectly. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results from start to finish.

Thank you for the cake which was the pinnacle of a very special weekend celebration!

I’m not one to write a bad review, but this one is necessary. My friend and I visited today after lunch at sky pizza for a treat. I am highly allergic to coconut. I informed the employees as soon as I walked in as I always do. A very sweet girl told me what did not have coconut in it and she included a pink strawberry cupcake in that list. I asked a second time to confirm the cupcake had no coconut and the girl asked the manager/owner (I’m not sure which, but she was diffidently in charge) if they had coconut. The manager/owner responded without even glancing up at the girl “just strawberry”.

As we sat to eat our treat my friend had got the same cupcake and she was a few bites in when she asked the employee again, this tastes like coconut, are you positive. The girl who had originally helped us said nope, none and the manager/owner said “who told you that”. The three employees all start to look very worried and that made me freak out. The owner/manager then called the lead baker who told her it had coconut extract in it.

We immediately left to go to the urgent care, which I then spent the rest of my day dealing with. Fortunately, I hadn’t ate too much by the time we figured out the mistake.

Craft, you really need your employees informed on the ingredients in your sweets. I have never been to a bakery that didn’t have their ingredients listed in a binder somewhere to check before selling their treats. And on top of that, listen to your employees intently when they are asking you questions. If you have a serious allergy, heed my warning and avoid this place at all costs.

It took us a while after moving to find Craft but so glad we did. It's become one of our favorite spots and wanted to say how great it always is. I've tried quite a variety here now and honestly loved everything we've had. What makes it even better though is the people. Everyone here is always so nice and never hesitates to give great suggestions when we want to try something different. They make every visit great and we really appreciate that. If you're thinking about going do it, you'll love it!

I called to order a cake and have it delivered on the same day. I was told to call a different number for ordering a cake. I called that different number and it went to a standard voicemail and no one called me back. I therefore called the bakery back and a different person answered. I explained to her that I wanted to order a cake for delivery, preferably the same day. She replies that they don’t have any cakes today. I told her that was no problem. She says they won't have any until after the weekend. I told her that was no problem, that I could have it delivered after the weekend. She replies that she can do it for the next week, but also won’t be able to have it delivered and asked if I could pick it up instead. I wish the first person I spoke with would have told me they could not deliver.
Overall, I am disappointed with the service. I am writing this review 11 hours later and the special cake ordering number still has yet to return my call.

I completely understand planning ahead. I was ok with waiting and with it not being on the same day. In fact I did not have any problem until she mentioned they could not deliver at all. Why not mention this from the beginning? It seemed like one excuse after the other. I live in a different state and was able to order and have delivery done in the same day with another bakery in the area. Perhaps work on communication within the bakery and have a someone who knows the process handle the calls?

Gorgeous cake made for my son’s first birthday and it was so delicious we got vanilla bean cake with chocolate ganache and buttercream frosting. Loved it so much!!

This place is great, the baked goods are amazing. The only reason for not giving the 5 stars is the inconsistencies in what they have available day to day. My family has tried just about everything there and everything was delicious.

Quaint, adorable bakery that really lives up to its name! Everything I've gotten there has been fantastic, from coffee to desserts to bread. Seriously, that kalamata sourdough? Killer. And those croissant knots? Oh man. Beyond delicious. They also make their own gelato! Definitely recommend it to anyone who loves baked goods and a solid cup of coffee. Plus, they have the nicest staff, very helpful and friendly.

Tough Cinnamon bread sold as a roll. Almost NO Cinnamon. Had to cut with a knife. Barely.
