Thank you for you reply. We have other venue's to utilize. In Florida, there is no legal requirement to register or certify a service animal. The federal ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) laws apply and mandate that a handler and a service dog are allowed to access public spaces simply by stating that the dog is a service animal. We did enjoy you beautiful shop and wish you all the best. BTW lucifer loves his cats Mazikeen and Felix.

Over the last couple of years I have stopped in here numerous times and always loved it….until today..I stopped in today and dropped off some flyers for an event I am helping with for next month…as soon as I finished explaining the event to the young lady working the counter…I went right into my favorite topic the Tarot I was explaining about a deck I recently purchased based off of Norse mythology and how it did not follow the atypical form of spread…like a three card or Celtic cross….when another young lady who was in no way part of the conversation appears and stated “we read cards here and we know how it works” in a snarky manner which left me almost speechless…I was in no way implying that you did not know how it works…I was just explaining how different my bifrost deck works i.e. you have to face true north and pull an exact number of cards etc. afterwards I went back to the tarot section planning on purchasing another new deck but the more I thought of how the second young lady approached me and her attitude I decided just to leave, there are after all other places to purchase tarot cards from. When you walk into a business that particularly caters to something you truly love you expect to feel a common link to those who work there and that sense of connection is what keeps you coming back in the future. I absolutely can not stand big business and I love to shop locally and give back to my community. People make the business, people get customers to come back and that’s more important than the product on the shelf.
