Krispy Kreme

I arrived this morning at Krispy Kreme at a quarter till 6. They open at 6 now I waited in the Drive-Thru patiently cuz I know how it is trying to get things done getting ready for opening up. It was 10 minutes till 6 and the speaker on the drive-through came on and the guy asked me what I wished to order. I told the guy that I can wait for a little bit longer that I did not want to bug them that it was not opening time and I understood that and I did not mind waiting. 6 in the morning the guy politely and professionally continue to ask me what I wanted to order. I did place my order drove up to the window and was met by gentleman who again was polite professional and right on top of things. Now as far as the quality of donuts, well that goes without saying I got the original Krispy Kreme two dozen of them to be exact. And as everyone probably already knows they were awesome! Even at 6 in the morning to be met by someone that is polite, professional and glad to be there doing their job even at such an early hour dealing with public is very unheard of these days. Definitely will be back.

Hot fresh donuts, still warm and AMAZING!

Definitely worth the drive from PCB to the city .

The dining room area is always closed so can't see what varieties they have available.. some donuts have been discontinued.

Best donuts hands down but oh my goodness, their drive through is the only option (besides ordering online) and it always takes at least 30 minutes to get our order. They need to streamline the drive-through if it's going to be the only option. Honestly how could it take so long every time. They're just donuts!

Gave a one star. I ordered a dozen of lemon filled donuts when I got home the donuts did not have any filling inside of them. Just plain old donuts no lemon crème inside, what a disappointment for our church women group. Shame on you Crispy crème. I gave you one star when in reality you deserve 0!!!!

Visited Krispy Kreme on 7-8-22 in West 23rd Street. Nasty attitude from the man who took the order, snappy condescending and offensive. He should be fired. I was the only one in the drive through at the time what a jerk! After I paid for the order by card he addressed me by name and said he was keeping it real whatever that meant!!

I love the fresh donuts at this place.

As usual I had a wonderful experience and the Doughnuts were out of this world. I'm home schooling and had to run to the hospital for some tests so stopped to get a treat for them and they couldn't wait to eat them up. The Pumpkin spice was so good I'll have to get more of them next time.

I understand it was a busy day but the lady who waited on me was like a drill sergeant when I asked were there more of the 4 different donuts I wanted and they didn't have..." no"
So what u want.. how many u want?
Well hell lady give me a minute to decide what I want now that I've got to change our whole order!
Her attitude will send me to Dunkin donuts next time
