Yesterday afternoon a wonderful lady waited on us at drive through. Thank you

Went to the drive thru, walking into the store is not an option due to a shortage of staff according to the sign on the door. 6am, one car in front of me, 6:06 am. Car in front of me finally gets to order. My turn to order, I'm informed there are no glazed donuts. How is this possible? Women taking my order at drive thru was not helpful, and somewhat put out it appeared to me. Finally settle on cream filled donuts. Woman in front of me finally gets her order at 6:18am, one hot beverage and one donut. Did they have to go to Columbia to get the coffee beans? Get my donuts to the office and notice all my donuts are inconsistent in size and the icing is sliding off my chocolate iced donuts, even though the AC was on in my car. I don't see myself going back anytime soon, for what I got, the donuts were way over priced and not worth the agrivation of waiting that long, only to be treated with indifference at best. Normally I am a big tipper, big fat zero this time. This place has gone down hill.

Should be zero stars.... Never have anything but glazed. Pre ordered donuts only to get to this horrible store and the worker tells me they are out of what i ordered. Why allow app ordering and be out? This is the most unprofessional KK I have ever been too. They have gone downhill.....

It's a KK, good donuts and below-average coffee. The staff does a great job at greeting the patrons and there is seemingly always a round of fresh-n-hot donuts.

Holy cow!!!! Freaking best donut I ever put in my mouth!!! They were hit and yummy and I got a Carmel mocha cappuccino that was heavenly. A definite must run by place on your way anywhere 🥰🥰😍😍💕💕

They got hit pretty hard by Hurricane Michael. Won't be seeing that "Hot Now" sign anytime soon. :(

Seriously... it's Krispy Kreme. What's not to like? Sugar rush central right here.

Disappointed. Stopped in my motorhome, couldn't fit under the drive thru pole.

Not sure if they were just not open at the time. I swung by to get a donut and coffee inside. When approaching the store it states "Drive thru only due to staff shortages". No problem. I could obviously see someone in the store and donuts in the case, but when I went through the drive thru no one answered so I drove around again nothing. I heard over to HCA Gulf coast then I see someone exit the store. If your closed your closed. Don't advertise and waste everyone time if you aren't going to respond. Bad service.

Loved the traditional original as well as the holiday assorted. We were doing a bulk party order. We thought they might ask us to need park/go inside however the drive-through staff handled everything with perfection 👍🏻

Lobby closed, but no big deal, drive through was not too long a wait. Pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a dozen of the Halloween themed donuts for my daughters birthday, and an additional dozen for only $1. It was a happy accident, as I had no clue they offered that on Saturday! Win!
