I don’t see how this place has a 4.5 rating. That must be from in the morning. I just had a typical visit. Waited in line behind one car for them to order for 10 minutes. Finally was able to order and pull up. To a woman with no personality who rolled her eyes at me when I THANKED HER FOR MY DOUGHNUTS. The service here is an embarrassment. Krispy Kreme should be ashamed.

Even though pricing for one dozen original glazed donuts has gone up, my 90 year old mom sure enjoys them. Friendly staff, worth the wait in the drive thru.

The quality of the product is not in dispute! but I will talk about an employee named Jaquan he attended me and was very rude at first I asked him how he is and he answered that he was fine without asking back how he was (either to me or to another client for education or customer service you have to ask , he didn't even welcome me) then I started to order and apparently I have pronunciation or diction problems that he didn't understand me and he only told me that he will go to the window because he didn't understand my English .. when he got to the window he I clarified on several occasions that I wanted a dozen original glazed donuts (I found it more humiliating to have to repeat it more than 3 times, even making references with numbers of what I wanted "that's obsurd") when I paid and he handed me my order, I told him : Next time don't tell a customer that you don't understand his English and he rudely replied : I'm having a hard time understanding your English and to move from the window.. (it was very embarrassing.. I felt sorry for others because what I wanted to tell him with my advice was that: avoiding those comments would prevent people from feeling like victims of racism because of the language they speak... that for the next time, with politeness, you can correct the client without making him feel less due to problems in how he speaks a certain language... and finally at the checkout the donuts were placed in a bad way... a lot of lack of professionalism

I was leaving the beach with my family, and I decided to stop here. I already knew that I was going to sink my teeth, into some mouth watering doughnuts. Nope, not so. First of all, they only had a select amount of doughnuts, not everything that was advertised. Second of all, and most important, the doughnuts were terrible. They tasted like some fundraiser doughnuts you would buy from a school. Utterly ridiculous, I was very disappointed with the product there. I'm hoping it was just a bad day for them, if not, I definitely won't be frequenting this location ever again.......
