I decided today to stop buying coffee there. I saw my coffee increasing way more than other places: 10% few months ago and 20% two weeks ago. Today, on the top of that, they decided to add a NON-CASH adjusment, increasing the coffee 5% more.
Employees are focused on doing coffee - they prefer us to use the machines and not talk to them so I left.
The service has been downgraded for a while. Why paying a non-cash adjustment when others dont do it?
UPDATE: I did try to pay in cash and the employees pretended didnt see me or were too busy. Also, you guys never said it on the screen, just added the amount... I am not the only one giving a bad review.

Extremely overpriced for avg coffee. Using plastic cups and very low quality plastic plates. I think they tried to make it fancy and expensive but failed delivering on the experience but kept the high price. Just another "Starbucks". Two cortados a Little brownie $11.

I loved this coffee shop so much for what it stands for and how lovely it is.

The food was really good, specially the blueberry pancakes! The price is fair too! Highly recommend.

Lovely place, good food! It tends to get very crowded, and often you can’t find a place to sit. Be forewarned…

Wow, this place is great! Grab your Starbucks macchiato and dump it out the window, please. Vanessas caramel latte is an A+
Plus the French toast is unreal and delicious.
Give your taste buds what they want and head over to see Vanessa!

The ambiance is unique and relaxing, we would go back just because of this. We felt that the cashier should of explained how the sides were served (I even mentioned to her that I would give the bacon to my husband and she didn't comment back) or the menu (QR code menu) explained a few things: for example the omelets (Happy Morning and Vanessa's Supreme) the bacon was mixed inside in small pieces which was over powering, the French toast had loads of whipping cream on it, a bit too thick, the coffee ordered came with too much sugar (they should ask if we wanted it on the side) and a bit cold — everything was too elegantly overpowering. I think if the entrees were more simple and cashiers more informative many would come back.

The place is super cute and the staff is nice and professional. I ordered a small coffee and was warned it may take a little bit longer than normal. They only had one person making coffees and it took 25 mins to receive my one cup of coffee. There were a few staff members standing around who should have jumped in to help. The place was super crowded but no social distancing measures in place. Coffee is good though.

Vanessa’s is the hidden gem of Lake Nona! Their quesitos are delicious and together with a Nutella peanut hot chocolate….it’s the perfect treat :)

we've been to MANY coffee places in orlando, and we're convinced vanessa's may be the best. it's a bit of a drive for us, but it's worth it. the chocolate coconut milk iced coffee and the frozen cafe coquito are my favorites so far and the cashier ashley was so kind and welcoming!
