Super beautiful coffee shop! I loved the entire ambience. They had a lot of coffee and dessert options. I got a sandwich, milk tea and a red velvet cake. The red velvet cake was almost like a cheesecake. It was so delicious.
They also have a very cute phone booth outside that is perfect for pictures. Instagram worthy establishment.

Pretty place inside as well as the food, but not much substance. Ordered a Nutella hot chocolate, looked pretty but it was super watered down. I’ve honestly had way better hot chocolate at Wawa..
My bf got pancakes, but they looked undercooked on the outside, they were too thick and bland sadly. He also got an orange juice which he had to grab as it was minute maid orange juice bottle, but it had expired almost a month ago… yeah that’s a no from me. My Mallorca sandwich was okay, no sides included.
Customer service is okay, not great but not bad either. Would not recommend or come again. You’re paying for the looks but not for actual great food.

Love the concept and the place itself. The food though, Instagram-able and trendy it lacked any heart. I wish the food tasted as good as it looked, and the cashier seemed annoyed that I asked for the status on my espresso and latte that he even rolled his eyes at me as I was on my way out after dining in. The tripleta I ordered was more like a onepleta it had more arugula than anything I left this place hungry and unsatisfied.

I was in the area and wanted to give the ace a try. I have seen their drinks and french toast on IG and got curious.
The shop is clean, nicely decorated, modern and gives you a welcome feeling once you step in. The staff is nice, friendly and happy to answer any questions.
The shop gets busy, so keep that in mind. At this time, you need to scan the QR code to pull up the menu to see what they offer or take a look on their website before you come, because the displays do not show everything available.
I ordered a latte with oatmilk (they do not carry skim, so this one is extra) and a side of french toast (comes with powdered sugar). I was looking forward to a good latte to stra my morning but it was a dissapointment. The coffee was not strong enough, the oatmilk seemed to be watered down and it was not hit enough. The latte art was there but that did not make up for the bad taste.
The french toast was thick, had a good taste and you can pour syrup from the containers they have at the tables. Not a bad choice.
I had high expectations but sadly, the shop did not match all the hype. Not sure if I will stop by if I am in the area next time.

One of my local fav spots to eat. The environment is friendly for families and students and super cute for pictures! The wait tends to be a little long sometimes but I think its due to a shortage in staff. Nevertheless, the staff is always nice and the food is good. The pictures I posted show the steak mash with an waffle i
on the bottom AND on the side (YUM!) The pumpkin spice frozen drink was 10/10!!

For some reason this Vanessa Coffee Shop is nothing like the one in Saint Cloud. Saint Cloud one does there food and coffee better. I went to give it another chance and got stomach sick because I requested Almond Milk and they gave me regular milk. There chicken sandwich was bland and had way too much arugula. We oredered a side of fruits and they were mushy and ugly. The way you place your order is complicated. I wish they would be more like there first coffee shop they opened in Saint Cloud.

Customer service was suspect. Lady in front of me they messed up on her order and they refused to fix it for her. They told her she had to pay in order to get a new sandwich. Omelette was horrible they use government cheese and the home fries was bad as well, very small portion, and was cold. The French toast was amazing and the prices are fairly reasonable. Probably won’t come back here again.

I came here for Sunday brunch with a large group of friends. I had an overall good experience, although because the restaurant was crowded, it was really chaotic and the lines were really long. I kind of wish that they took Covid precautions more seriously and that there was some occupancy limit since many people weren't wearing masks at all. The food and the service were really good. Me and my sister got the guava cream cheese French toast and it was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend it! We also split a Turkey panini and it was simple, but a solid and cheap option. Out of their desserts, we tried the mousse and liked it a lot, and their lattes were also delicious. Overall a good choice for weekend brunch but be aware of crowds!

Cozy Decor, Sub Par Food
What we ordered: Rise & Shine, Avocado Toast, Vanessa’s Supreme, Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, Lake Nona Sunrise.
The Good: The interior aesthetics are nice. The place checks all the typical boxes you would expect from a modern coffee shop. Map of sourced coffee - check. Inspirational quotes - check. Cozy couch area- check. All it’s really missing is a “Live, Laugh, Love” sign somewhere.
The Not So Good: The Food. Everything we ordered missed it’s mark. The bacon looks like it’s purchased precooked and heated to order. Potatoes are not seasoned, mushy, and honestly a waste of space. Pancakes are only flavored on the outside, and once you get past that they are flavorless. The pecans on the pancakes were raw, toasting them would take some more time but add levels of flavor. Eggs were over cooked, omelet felt like it was a prepackaged omelet with bacon bits stuffed inside. The avocado toast was just guac on Untoasted bread so it fell apart when picked up.
Overall: HARD PASS, honestly for the price of the food, you as the consumer should expect more. I’ve had better breakfast at bodegas. Look, it’s got it’s an identity it wants to achieve. I believe the food actively works against that end goal.

We were very excited for this shop. However we were extremely disappointed. They were out of ice so they could not make any iced or frozen drinks. The employee was also very rude when we asked some questions. There was no menu inside the cafe/shop. Online menu was an option however it was very hard to navigate. We might give it another try but we will see.
