Foxtail Coffee Co and Kelly’s Ice Cream - Sand Lake

Beautiful place and baristas are very kind. Prices are a little high, but so is everything else and I'm pretty sure it's because they're almost a BRAND. I recommend OATMILK latte and the lavender if they have it.
Bathrooms are always clean and environment is good to study.

The atmosphere of this place feels awesome. All of the baristas are more than friendly; especially Steph! The food; such as the croissants and other breakfast sandwiches are better than the things you'd get at McDonald's or Dunkin Donuts. They also have some great item called the Chocolate Croissant which could be another reason FoxTail is well known in the Central Florida area. Other food items include Banana Bread, Cookies, Donuts, other flavor croissants. Their hot sauce; even though I don't like hot things, is the best hot sauce I've had. (I just noticed I have 91 words already and I haven't even got into the drinks yet! But I saved the best for last!) The drinks, such as the Raspberry Rose Tea, is a must get. They also let you mix the teas and even add in syrups, or others like Chai or Matcha. Furthermore, they also have the specialities board, their best ones so far have included the Raspberry Dream which was Raspberry Rose with the hibiscus sweetener, Sunset Orange which was the Lavender Coconut and Blood orange. This is the best coffee shop that you can come to in the Orlando area! It makes you want to come every single day. If you haven't stepped into a Foxtail, this is a location to come to. This location has an atmosphere that the other Foxtail locations do not have. I pass like 5 different Foxtails just to come to this one cause the other ones just don't have the same atmosphere that this one seems to have.

Honestly one of the best coffee shops there is around. The entire staff have amazing customer service!

If you have younger/teen girls, do not take them here if Claudio is working. He spent a good five to ten minutes staring at my daughter's body when we were ordering and waiting for our drink. I stated that he needed to stop as she was 15, and she said she wanted him to stop as well, but one woman working brushed it off saying he wasn't doing any harm.

I just wish I would have gone up to ask for a new drink, but my anxiety was too high. Claudio - I got his name from another employee - made my drink and put WAY TOO MUCH Condensed milk in my drink to the point I couldn't drink it.

I wish he would have been better educated on making drinks, especially when I stated my dietary issues.

Not a good experience even though they’re fairly new. You’re not prompted with expectations for drinks. Even a hot tea took 10 mins. While I watched others leave rather quickly with theirs I inquired and was told that only raspberry tea is ready. Had I been told that originally then my expectations would have been set whereas I instead had a staff member noticing my frustration and tried to help me get out the door. Unfortunately the tea tasted like pure water. A waste of $6 - Starbucks never had that issue. Just got across the street to them. Also there’s no proper management or phone number to reach anyone. Customer service, named Garrett, refuses to get on the phone with customers.

The coffee tastes good. I wished they tried doing some art.

Today was my first time going to a Foxtail. The store is beautiful, the staff is friendly, drinks and food are amazing!
I had a iced matcha tea latte, the best I have ever had!

Foxtail Coffee is by far the best coffee I've tasted in all of 2022. If you are near here in the morning please don't skip this place. My recommendation is "cafe con leche". Great service as well.
