Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar

Meh … we came here twice: first one the coffee was cold, now the eggs are cold. Everything looks good, but not amazing food.

So they open a big place with capacity inside and outside and it gets really busy as they expect but they have not enough employees to do good service. Ridiculous waiting time even to get a coffee. Took two hours (2 hours!! To get an avocado toast and a smoothie). Not coming back.

We waited an hour and still didn’t get our food. We watched at least three other tables get their coffee and food that came in after us and when we went inside to check they still hadn’t even started to make our coffees or food. We ended up getting a refund after confronting them. No one gave us any explanation as to what happened and we felt that it was very unprofessional.

Slow service for food and coffee here. Orders come out at different times and the wait staff don’t keep you informed with an update on why everything takes so long. They are at a disadvantage with many of their tables being on the sidewalk down the stairs from the store. They will have to up their game if they want Brickellites to wait for a brunch table on the weekends.

Rip-off: had the Caprese Sandwich for $11.99 - lots of greens and only 4 small slices of mozzarella and tomatoes on the whole 12 inch sandwich! I asked if they made a mistake and they said it is 2 slices per half! Cheapest mozzarella product and even some of the greens were wilted.
Sorry, nice idea / concept. But just another overpriced Miami restaurant/ bistro. I Wish that operators focus more at the quality, I would be ok with the price but not if I feel like I get a lot of sand which bread for so much money.

The americano was smooth , so good. Food and drink was prepared fast. Just priced a lil higher then other local eateries.

My order was 2 machiato, 1 almond cake and a banana cake. After waiting 10 minutes, they bring the almond cake, five minutes later the 2 cold coffee and 5 minutes later the banana cake🤬

Absolutely no communication between order taker and barista. Barista got annoyed when questioned about how many shots in americano and I was given a tiny cappuccino despite asking for 12oz. We were treated appallingly and told staff didn’t speak English! Manager went on to tell us he spoke 6 languages and said everyone makes mistakes ( defending staff) when you’re spending about $12 for 2 coffees I feel it’s important you get what asked for not whatever the barista feels like giving.. we took ages explaining to the order taker exactly what we wanted! No apologies but huge annoyance from the manager (he rolled his eyes at us) and barista. A really uncomfortable experience and definitely a minus 5 star

My favorite coffee place in Brickell. Not only is the coffee and food delicious, but every employee is so nice and personable! They care about and remember their customers.

Ordered through Uber eats and received the saddest bagel ever. A mountain of salmon on a soft barely toasted bagel with no cream cheese.. disappointing for how expensive it cost :/
