Excellent service! Everyone, including the kitchen team, is always ready with a smile to take care of you. The foods is delicious, you have light option as wells as vigorous meals, always fresh and made when you order. My favorite is the arugula salad!
Don’t forget to choose one of their deserts and your coffee at the end!

I am totally not upset, because these things can just happen for many reasons, but I ended up with gastroenteritis after eating the Greek yogurt this morning. I can say this for sure because my wife and I shared meals all day long yesterday and this morning. I woke feeling well and that was the only difference. I would only ask Management to replace the yogurt, and review their storage and handling to confirm safety. The place and people were 5 starts, everything tasted fresh and I would definitely try again.

Excellent spot for a quick breakfast or even lunch. Sandwiches were great, as well as the scrambles and avo toast. I really liked the open face sandwich. You order at the counter, and they bring food to you. Really good service!

Edit downward to 3* a few months later: afternoon visit, and for second time it took 30min+ to get order and staff doesn’t seem on top of it at all or organized.

My usual breakfast spot. Inside and outside seating. Attentive staff. Reasonable-ish priced, maybe a little expensive ($10 for 2 eggs) and bread.
Only problem is ordering process can be really slow, to the point I’ve seen people leave the line during peak morning hours.

Honestly don't go there for coffee. 1. The coffee is low quality coffee. 2. $6 for a one shot capuchinno. 3. They gave me a latte instead 4. With almond milk when I asked for regular milk. 5. Service is bad (slow, barista chat with other staff in front of me about her personal issue... Meantime she is not making my coffee... waiting.

Crema is absolutely the best cafe in Brickell Miami. The entire staff are beautiful people and always amazingly pleasant , and I look forward to the mornings (every morning) I come in to get my coffee and chocolate croissant.

I go there everyday with my baby. I get a bowl meal and a side of salmon. Im also sensitive and pregnant so I’m a bit picky with food: Today suddenly after 1.5 yrs of going there and knowing all the staff one of the girls tell me “oh you can’t get the side of salmon” I was totally confused. I mean I pay for it lol. So? Then she goes on to tell me that her manager told he shes not allowed to sell me a side of salmon anymore with a meal. Why? Then my bf goes and gets the side of salmon for me. SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT IS HAPPENING BECAUSE THIS IS NOT COOL. I asked to speak to the manger and she goes “he’s not here today” in a very rude tone.
