I'm never mad when I go to a restaurant and they don't offer, vegan/vegetarian meals, because they are staying in their lane. Please don't offer what you can't produce. I had the avacodo toast it was the most tasteless toast i ever had, the smash brown was so greasy, my husband had the veggie Sammy, tasteless and thoughtless. I never write reviews, but I hate these companies who take your money for a service they can't deliver.

I really, really like this place! Their bacon, egg and cheese begal is one of the best I have ever had. And I always have to get their peanut butter, banana shake it's delicious. And the service has always been good as well

The bagels and meals are nice but DO NOT get their Frappe's. This isn't mixed and tasted like burnt coffee!! I was really upset when I got this frappe because I always get the mocha frappe with an espresso shot. This one was just bad.

I stopped in this morning before 9am to grab a quick coffee. It wasn’t busy at all and the gentleman at the register was on his cell phone looked up at me when I got to the counter and went back to his phone. He didn’t even speak to me. Finally he tore his eyes away from his phone and I spoke up and said I’d like to order an ice coffee. I had to ask what comes in it. Horrible customer service. I made the mistake of sitting down after I got my coffee to drink some and realized inappropriate music was playing with profane words. Definitely not coffee shop music. I will not be returning here.

Ask for a bagel with cream cheese and still have to put the cream cheese on? Only customer there and still waited 10 minutes for it??? What a shame...

Walked in today at 10am. Doors were wide open.
Blast of heat hit me in the face. 94° in the lobby. AC busted.
Employees drenched in sweat. Can't even imagine how hot it must have been in the kitchen.
Who the hell would make their employees work like that?
Won't ever give them my money again.

This place was HORRIBLE.
I ordered today via DoorDash for the first time because my friend eats at the one in Rockledge all the time..
I ordered 3 bagels and chose for them to be well toasted. My bagels arrived cold, uncut, and clearly never seen a toaster, ever.
My jalapeño cheddar bagel had one speck of green in it and tasted plain.
We ended up throwing away all the bagel. The hash browns were ok but I ended up with a ruined appetite so I threw those away.
And to top it all off, the my mango smoothie tasted like straight sugar. I couldn’t even drink it nor could my kids who love sweets. So we threw EVERYTHING away.
Overall, the experience was terrible. And looking at the reviews it seems like I’m not the only one.

Ive been going to the Melb chain, for over 4 years.
There's been some hick ups for just a few orders.
But its always been from the main store.
Not getting the correct bagel to melb, or other.
Bagel 13 in melb, seems to remember when this occurs,
and make up for it on your next visit. With extra bagels
thrown in with your order.
Best prices for bagels, from what other stores
Ive visited, and excellent quality pumpernickel bagels.

The experience was not what I hoped it to be. The quality of food received was subpar and the atmosphere was not what what I expected. The place needs a few personal touches, identifying tags for the bagels would have been helpful, and an enthusiastic staff that is interested in the customers would make a difference. Also the music playing was not suitable. A disappointing visit overall.
