D'Lites Shoppe

D’Lites Shoppe is amazing! I really like their local coffee from out and about. Their cold brew floats with soft serve ice cream are so good! You can also choose from their homemade artisan or vegan nice cream!

I love D'Lites low carb soft serve! I watch my carbs and have tons of their soft serve ice cream every night. It's the perfect low calorie dessert to stay on my diet. Every Wednesday is buy 2 get 1 free so I bring my freezer bag and stock up. I also love their homemade sugar free peanut sauce! I buy in 1/2 pint containers and add on my to-go ice cream at home. It's also low calorie, low carb and double protein!

Just went here with my boyfriend hoping to get some vegan ice cream. To my disbelief the employees didn’t have masks on. We are in the middle of a global pandemic, and Florida happens to have the worst strain of COVID with the most cases. I’m extremely upset because I thought the company was better than this. People in the shop also didn’t have masks on (they didn’t have ice cream so it’s not because they were eating their covid infected dessert). Im extremely disgusted and highly disappointed. Do better, and stop being so inconsiderate of the others around you. If the employees happen to have covid they could easily infect others by not wearing masks and allowing droplets to get on other peoples ice cream. Disgusting.

First time customer, was delighted! Ice cream was delicious, I’d absutely reccomend the soft serve. We left with our ice cream, as well as serveral other products! Customer service was amazing, too! Jesse served us and was absolutely amazing, personable, and funny — such a great employee; absolutely knowledgeable and ready to answer any question we had! Great food and greater service!

The vegan chocolate was a horrid disappointment, full of chunks of ice and slightly bitter. I complained to the clerk, who told me that the vegan chocolate gets that way because it’s made of coconut milk, which is water based. She did not offer me another flavor. I definitely will not be going back.

We celebrated our daughters 2 year old birthday party at D’lites ice cream shoppe and we are so beyond grateful. The staff went above and beyond to make it a frozen themed dream. They truly went the extra mile with decor, favors, crafts, and the attention to our party. From the hand made princess crowns and wands to the frozen music playing in the background and “melted Olaf” ice cream cups for the kids, we had an amazing time. I highly recommend it!

Great service and tasty options. Sadly they were out of a few flavors at the time, but it was on a summer Sunday. Will be back.

So, I found this place online and wanted to try it on my way through town. I tried the vegan/sugar free icecream and it was amazing. HOWEVER, the staff members who served me told me how much each scoop of icecream was but failed to tell me that toppings were $1 extra each! I ended paying way more than I wanted to. There is no obvious menu with prices. The staff who rung me up acted like "Oh well." and never apologized. You shouldn't tell a customer how much the icecream is, but "forget" to tell them how much add-ons are. $1 extra per topping is very expensive.

So refreshing to have so many vegan options. Great ice cream and wonderful customer service!
I love how there is an option for everyone here! Keto, gluten free, etc.

Amazingly delicious specialty ice cream, can be pricey but reasonably priced if you know what to get and take advantage of daily deals, staff is mostly religious girls associated with several churches located close by. Usually never a line, service and transaction is usually pretty fast. Also supports local companies by selling local products!
