Such a great store! My kids have anaphylactic food allergies and to be able to give them the experience of having ice cream at an ice cream shop was invaluable. A memory that will last them forever. Brie (sorry if I butchered your name) was the kindest most understanding person. She answered all of my nervous, food-allergy-mom questions and was so informed and well spoken that she calmed my nerves immediately. We will definitely be going back to try other flavors but the Chai pistachio was excellent. Both my boys enjoyed it very much. Thank you for such a great experience.

The staff is polite, even if you come in 3 minutes before closing!

They have vegan ice cream, and also regular ice cream and coffee. Lots of snacks for sale geared towards a gluten free/ health conscious lifestyle.

Loved the ice cream options! New flavors every week, and the staff was very friendly and helpful in trying to choose what flavor to get. I also got some ice cream to go after and they gave me an ice pack to keep it cold on the ride home. Amazing staff and would recommend to anyone looking for a sweet cold treat. :)

Amazing ice cream, whole family on weight watchers and feels like a cheat day but for a small, only 2 points. Amazing sweet staff and always helpful when we dont know whats what. They have awesome flavors and always taste amazing. Always 5/5!!!

I am fortunate enough to work in the same plaza as D'Lites. First of all, the owners are wonderful people. The staff is happy and friendly. The ice cream is 100% amazing. It is healthy and delicious. They even have healthy ice cream cones! They also sell healthy snacks and food. It is the perfect guilt-free treat. Thank you!!

Amazing ice cream that is healthy and taste wonderful!!! Don't have to sacrifice taste for healthy eating like most other ice cream shops. They also carry other healthy foods such as raw truly local honey! We make it a point to stop in when in the Lakewood Ranch area! Highly recommend.

Got an ice cream cake, which was good, but cookies...not so much.

This shop is for sure a diamond in the rough. Amazing staff very friendly and helpful, amazing drinks/ice cream/ and baked treats. They have amazing health options especially for people struggling on a keto diet they are an absolute life saver! There frapacinos are amazing. Definitely worth a trip to check out. 100% would recommend and I will absolutely be back.
