Absolutely perfect!! Amazing tasting vegan nice cream and a variety of flavors. Not only does this quaint little shop offer delicious healthy ice cream options, it also has a unique selection of local brands and upcoming healthy foods/snacks. I love stopping by when I'm craving a sweet treat, plus the staff is always a delight. Keep up the great work :)

Wow, I’m new to the Lakewood ranch area here in Florida and I am also a vegetarian/Vegan. The fact that this place has so many options for people like myself is amazing. I bought an ice cream bowl that was sugar free, gluten free, dairy free and keto was something I never thought a food item could have all in one. I’m proud to say I’m definitely a new recurring customer!!!

Such good dairy free ice cream!! Will be back for sure. They have a great selection of ice cream as well as other treats and coffee. Great spot!!

I really wanted to like this place but the cashier named Jadyn was nothing but mean. I asked her couple questions because it was my first(and the last) time here. She gave me a mean look and said that flavors are listed on the board. When we ordered one ice cream and was deciding what else to order she kept asking anything else? Not coming back.

Its a healthier side of ice cream. If you are a health nut, this place will get a 5 star review for sure. The ice cream is good but not great. However, I love the fact that they are trying to make a better community by having healthy and vegan options. Plus, its another Lakewood Ranch locally owned business and that makes it worth visiting as well.

I went to D'Lites with my family optimistic for a new go-to ice cream spot near us. We just moved to the area, so it was our first time in the shop. The ice cream was okay (we had a couple of soft serves and one of the vegan varieties), and the service was under par. For some reason, the staff didn't seem to want to give us the time of day. When asked if we were ready to order, I let the lady working the counter know we were still thinking (this is our first time here, mind you), and she just turned away and didn't acknowledge me. My dad then asked for a swirl soft serve, and when the other lady behind the counter asked what size he wanted, he asked what sizes were available. She dismissively pointed toward where the sizes were listed and said "over there". When it was clear he wasn't seeing where she was pointing and finding the available sizes, she didn't offer any more guidance so he asked again. She again responded by pointing toward a spot on the counter and letting him know they were "over there". The store was not at all busy - there were very few customers in the store, and the couple that walked in after us was warmly greeted by the staff. Not sure what was up with it, but we'll probably just do business elsewhere from now on.

Simply amazing. I am not a keto dieter, gluten free, low sugar kinda guy, but dang. This place has the best tasting soft serve ice cream I've had in years. First time there, and the service is great, you are greeted the moment you walk in, the is a vast selection of different treats and low carb options if ice cream isn't your thing. The staff is very knowledgeable on their products and so friendly. My kids enjoyed and I mean enjoyed a fantastic dessert and I have to say I was surprised that they loved it some much. Also, this is the only place that sells soft serve in pint cartons, so bring your cooler to ensure it survives the drive home. I can't wait to come back.

Under staffed. I’ve never seen the same person twice. This poor girl was the only one working with a ton of people in line! Bad part on the management!

This place is amazing! Brought a large camp group here and the staff was wonderful. They provided coloring activities and were patient with all the children. There were options available for a variety of dietary needs so all the children, and counselors, could enjoy the experience. The price was great. Can't wait to go back!!

Attentive customer service by employees who obviously love their place. It's clear careful thought has been put into the makeup and selection of the products carried here. As I told my husband, this place is the bestie of my foodie soul. Despite not eating 98% of what they offer, I was able to find an herbal, caffeine free tea to enjoy while my kiddos enjoyed the soft serve and nice cream. My dairy free kiddo couldn't help but asking about the ingredients in the vegan chocolate chips in the nice cream. It's great to have another option for her. If I still ate flour and sugar I'm not sure you could get me out of the store without trying everything. 😊
