The best shop around to grab a bite, coffee, or sit down with family for a nice meal! I am definitely coming back! I suggest the grilled cheese waffle with bacon 🫠🥓🧇

I got the "brunch waffle" which is basically a Monte Cristo but now I think I can only have on a bubble waffle from now on. You can get it with ham or spam. I also got a ube mini honeycomb waffle stick but it was gone while I was at the red light. The customer service was great and your food is made to order. I'm definitely going back cause I saw something on the menu that says "bacon infused waffle"! Since I got the combo (chips and soda), I paid about $12.😍 10/10 for me.

Their boba drinks And waffles are very good. services is a little slow but Everything is fresh made. Overall it's a nice place but a little expensive.

This place is a 10! I ordered the avocado toast waffle and my mom got the Aloha waffle. Both were over-the-top delicious! The waffles were cooked perfectly and the ingredients were so fresh. My mom also got a white mocha latte, and she said it was one of the smoothest cups of coffee she's ever had! Employees and owner were so welcoming and hospitable. I can't wait to come back and utilize their back patio seating!

my partner and i love it here! the staff is absolutely lovely every time we come in. dine in or take-out, the waffles and milk teas are always perfect. i promise you, the price is totally worth the quality and experience. best boba in town! we’ll continue to be regulars here for a long time to come!

Forget how I found this place, but I’m so glad I did! The waffles are AMAZING and the people are super nice. The Floridian is my favorite so far!

The service was fantastic! Everyone was so nice, the art is so cute, the vibes are fantastic! The food is DELICIOUS!! and the brown sugar milk tea boba is to die for!

I must say the waffles were DELICIOUS! Had the Aloha and the bacon/avocado (although the avocado was not ripe, crunchy even). The downfalls were the wait (it was empty when we got there, 15 minutes to get a coffee and a tea) and the price. Unbelievable that they want almost $10 for a medium sized Americana and $7 for a tea! We didn't walk out because we didn't want to be rude to the employees, but I doubt we'll be back for that price. Delicious waffles need a REASONABLE drink to accompany them. Best of luck to the owners. Recommended for those who don't mind the crazy price.
