A refreshing find in Jacksonville area! Superb quality ingredients you can both see and taste.
Prices are on the high end, but very reasonable considering quality and quantity of ingredients, plus made-to-order. Very good value if you place importance on quality tasting food and drink.
A surprising number of seats both indoors and outdoors (back of store, water and woods view). Clean eating surfaces.
It does get busy at times, so if you need a quick bite to eat this isn’t the place. Not fast food, which is great!
Friendly and patient staff who are willing to answer your questions.
I didn’t see Spam musubi, that’s the only disappointment I had. Makes sense as it’s not a popular item mainland.

The restaurant has outdoor seating in back and is pet friendly. The waffles are made to order so be prepared to wait during peak hours. The Aloha Waffle was disappointing; there were no strawberries, and only a few raspberries. The whipped cream was more of a base than a topping. While it is their signature menu item, it lacks luster. The Mainlander was a good size portion, with plenty of vanilla bran ice cream. The apples would have been better warm with a little cinnamon but overall it was a good option. The Brunch waffle was also tasty with warm ham and not too much of any one item to overwhelm the flavor. I would definitely go back for a second visit.

This place is AMAZING!!! First time trying it tonight and they made us feel like family!!! The food was delicious and the drinks were SUPERB! My little puppy “Maggie” loved her pup cup!!! Thank you for your great food and your kindness! We will definitely be back again to try more!

It's awesome to finally get some tropical vibes going on around town. The boba drinks are great, and there is a decent selection to choose from. The coffee is excellent, and has awesome notes to it. Very smooth. The waffles are going to be dangerous for me today we shared the aloha waffle with berries, but there are tons of combinations as far as toppings go. The atmosphere here is relaxing, beautiful and great for a family hangout spot. There is also a nice back patio with a view overlooking water with nice landscaping.
Mahalo! 😁

I have a very hard time finding places that I would rate a 10... this managed to surpass that. The price point is a little high but it's entirely worth it for the product. For $60, I fed three people with drinks and a little snack (the mini ube).
The service was fast and they were extremely communicative about the wait times.
The biggest thing for me was the sugar free vanilla. I was recently diagnosed with a health condition where I am not permitted to have sugar - they were incredibly accommodating. I was so excited and the coffee was so good!
Everybody at my table enjoyed their food and finished with a smile. Would 100% recommend.

What a great place! Everything was delicious, but what really stood out for me was how NICE everyone was! And people around here are generally all nice, but they really went the extra mile to be polite, courteous, and helpful. You order then take a seat with a buzzer, and return to a different part of the counter to retrieve your food. The helpful staff will also bring things out to you if they are able to.
Ok, so we stopped here in the morning for a bite to eat unsure what to expect. The inside is very clean and inviting. After walking up to the counter and reviewing the menu board, I'd say you can categorize their offerings in three ways: coffee, bubble waffles, and Boba, or as they put it, their Tiki Tea Bar.
Coffee is a Kona roast I believe that was strong and delicious. Their lattes were so on point my wife had to order a second. They only serve espresso but it shouldn't be a problem for a coffee drinker to order a cappuccino, flat white, or Macchiato.
We were wanting breakfast so we had a Breakfast Waffle with crispy bacon, egg, and cheese, an Aloha Waffle with LOTS of fruit, and a Brunch Waffle with ham, swiss, and a really naughty raspberry jam that melded together in delicious perfection.
There are many other waffle combos to look into, both savory and sweet, and we need to go back to try something more decadent.
My daughter loves her Boba Tea and the Brown Sugar Milk Tea totally delivered. She really enjoyed it putting it up there with the top tier of teas in the area we've tried so far.
Again, there are so many varieties to choose from you can return again and again and never grow bored.
The simple variety of this unique cafe is a real selling point no matter what your mood may be. Come for a tea, or an espresso, or a waffle -- or all three -- and you will leave more than satisfied.

Great little place on the water (kinda)! Jacksonville definitely needs more places like this, preferably near actual bodies of water like st John’s, intercoastal, or the beach. The atmosphere is really fantastic how everything is laid out and the back with picnic tables where we can sit, eat, and enjoy the retention pond lol. The food is average, especially given the higher than average price for waffles and bubble tea… you can definitely find better quality waffles and bubble tea elsewhere, but you can’t find one that has the same atmosphere

Finally, we have a boba tea place in Northside!!! Such a great addition to River City Marketplace :) I loved the waffles that I tried, which were the Brunch Waffle and Monkey Business! The Brown sugar milk tea was a little too sweet for my liking even though I got it half sweet! But I loved other teas :] I’ll definitely be coming back to try more teas and waffles!

So happy I discovered this place ! Would recommend the Aloha Waffle and Brown Sugar Boba for sure ! First time I came, they had run out of tapioca after I had ordered and Melissa went out of her way to give my a complimentary one with my original toppings when I left ! So kind and sweet.
The Avocado Toast Waffle is the only savory waffle I’ve tried and it’s not one is recommend right now. The egg add on is $1.50 and it’s not runny, so the overall waffle was a bit dry (bacon and everything bagel inside the waffle is great). I think having a runny egg and a siracha option would make it easier to swallow and closer to avocado toast !
Definitely coming back to try the other waffle options :)
