Aloha Waffle Bar

We were looking at what to order and this guy asked us to tell him when we were ready. All the employees were friendly, nice and respectful. I bought a Thai milk tea with tapioca pearls and an aloha latte and it was so good.

Aloha is my go to spot for coffee and boba. The waffles are delish too. The staff is amazing and never cease to ensure my mobile orders are prepared within the timeframe listed on their website! Def worth a visit if you are near the JAX airport area!

This place is great! We come here at least twice a month. The management and staff are always polite and professional. The waffles are delicious and a great variety of drinks. We've had the fruit teas, milk teas, and the Kuki Butter Latte is sooo good. Definitely a 5 star for us.

Extremely bad service. There were 4 of us that went out for dessert. They gave us our electronic waiting device. We sat down. The wait was almost 30 minutes then they came with one order. 15 minutes later they came with the second order. Then 15 more minutes they came with the third order and it was wrong.they took it back. Then we waited another 15 minutes they finally brought it and it wasn’t very good. still don’t know why they gave us the waiting device it never went off. We were very patient they never showed a care in the world. So we just left. Definitely will not go back. Major disappointment

Wow!!!! Loveeee this place, the Boba here is amazing, and the guy who helped us was just amazing, not sure is he was the owner, but he saw my 3 yr old was acting up, and he treated her to chocolates, the location of this place is perfect, beautiful view in the back patio

Went for a friends party and we had lots of fun with good foods and drinks. Will be back. The milk boba tea is nice and smooth with good flavor.

The theme is really nice, and the outdoor seating was pretty. Parking is terrible, and they food is just okay. It's not bad, just okay.

I asked for nutrition information on a drink, worker acted as if I inconvenienced her. They do not have nutrition information for any of their items. I thought every establishment was required to have them.
In response to your response, I do not know what you were told from her. But to my knowledge, if I ask for carbohydrate or any other nutritional information you are required to give it to me. As a type 1 diabetic I need that information. Your worker looked at me as if she was dumbfounded I even asked for the information and was reluctant to give me the proper information after I asked what was in the drink. The only reason I abruptly left was because I was not going to deal with the attitude I received.
