Cute shop with lots of modern options. Barista helped me craft a vegan "pumpkin spice" latte off the menu.

I would give Bold Bean coffee a negative score if I could, the coffee is equivalent to some cheap, stale generic coffee you could buy at a dollar store, STALE being the key profile. I was hoping to buy my coffee from a local roaster, but this stuff tastes like it's sat out in the open for years. The beans were so dry there was no sheen of oil on them and they were the color of cardboard, not a deep roasty brown color, and at a very premium price. ...So disappointed.

I love bold bean and this location is no different. They offer a nice amount of seating (indoor and outdoor) and a nice selections of pastries from other local bakeries. The coffee is good and the baristas are kind. They make an effort to learn names and welcome people creating a warm atmosphere. Check them out!

LOVE Bold Bean! Great quality coffee and a very friendly staff. However I was devastated when they stopped serving the sage cheddar biscuit breakfast sandwich, thinking about it makes my mouth water. It seams they have stopped carrying it within the last year along with some of my other favorite pastries!

Best coffee shop (nice teas as well) anywhere in Jax. Wish it was a larger store but perhaps it is better this way.

Very welcoming, acknowledges every person that walks in even if they are all busy and switch off to provide service. Coffee and food are superb. The house made honey syrup in the iced latte is awesome. I really appreciate their mask policy, and they have no problem asking people to please pull their mask up before they provide service in a polite and respectful manner.

Great coffee shop, with a clean chill vibe. Plus, it is not just coffee either, there are a lot tea options. It has a small interior that fills up quickly, so don’t be afraid to sit outside when the weather is nice.
