OMG! Absolutely love love love love there Cuban coffee. You don't even have to explain it to them. It's actually on their menu. If it was closer I would be broke. Can't say enough good about this place!

Don't let the size fool you - coffee, snacks, breakfast sandwiches and more. Bay Island Coffee has a awesome breakfast bagel with bacon, egg and cheese, the iced mocha is top notch, try one with an extra shot of espresso and coffee ice cubes! :)

We stopped in on our trip back home Great coffee and Bagel sandwich! Quick service and great prices would recommend for anyone in the area!

This has been the hit spot for coffee as long as I can possibly remember. I love coming here and getting whatever coffee I'm craving and a toasted bagel. They employees are very friendly. I will continue to purchase coffee and snacks here!

This was a 1 person operation. Coffee was excellent. The guy listened to 6 orders, never wrote anything down and nailed them all. Forget Starbucks, go here

Espresso tasted great! Surprised at the concept of this tiny hut of a cafe. The barista was friendly and I greatly enjoyed the drink.

The worst customer service in Gainesville! The owner, who was working the window, misheard my order and then insisted I pay for 4 sandwiches instead of the 2 I ordered. He took the drinks back from my car and slammed the window shut in our face.

Far better breakfast bagels and food than most coffee places. Their frozen chai is excellent, and they have good espresso and customer service.

One table outside or drive thru only. Small coffee shop with great bagels, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches. The staff is always friendly and the coffee isn't expensive. Definitely worth stopping by.
