Duck Donuts

Placed a large order of 5 dozen donuts for a party and was given excellent, personalized customer service from manager Shelby. These donuts are the best we've ever tasted! They are made right in front of you and they just melt in your mouth! Will definitely be back!

We just moved to Fort Myers and loved our experience at this donut shop! Donuts are freshly made right in front of you so it’s cool to watch it being made. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches, donuts and coffee and everything was delicious. Food came out relatively fast even though there was just too people working (businesses are having a tough time right now getting employees so it’s understandable!). Customer service was off the charts, we got recommendations for what to get and were not disappointed. Definitely will be coming here again and recommend it to whoever visits!

These donuts are hot, fresh, delicious, and decorated right in front of you! They have hot chocolate, many coffee options, ice cream, and more! Everything I tried was so amazing and the atmosphere is so fun! Treat yourself!!! This is a must try place you will love it!

Drinks and donuts are delicious. However, the employees working there today were very slow moving. It took them 35-40 minutes to make 6 donuts. We had to remind them twice about a drink order. They need a major pep in their step. There were only 4 people ahead of us, and every customer was asking when their order was going to be ready.

the donuts are great but the staff is not welcoming. i walked in and got stared at like no one wanted to help me or even greet me when i walked in. I am a young adult that works in a restaurant and i know how to greet customers better than them! other than that, place was extremely clean and cute!
